There hasn't been a good Formula 1 upset for a few years, I think. The last major one was probably Pastor Maldonado winning the 2012 Spain race.

Good point, I thought that was '89 for some reason. If Cameroon/Argentina isn't number 2, then I'll eat my keyboard. Derricke Cope winning the Daytona 500 Who winning what? (excuse my ignorance )

Buster Douglas knocking out Mike Tyson Good point, I thought that was '89 for some reason. If Cameroon/Argentina isn't number 2, then I'll eat my keyboard. I know Buster knocking out Tyson was huge but I still think you were right originally. Cameroon beating Argentina was bigger.

Derricke Cope winning the Daytona 500 Who winning what? (excuse my ignorance ) The Daytona 500 is the biggest motor race in North American sport (although that is contested by the Indianapolis 500). In 1990 journeyman driver Derrick Cope, whose best finish up until that point was a sixth place, was running in second place on the final lap when leader Dale Earnhardt suffered a puncture heading into the final turn of the race, Cope took over the lead and held off former champions Terry Labonte and Bill Elliott for the win. Cope would finish 18th in that year's standings and only win another race in his career.

Even though it was over 30 years ago now, NC State defeating Houston in the NCAAT title game in 1983 is probably one of the most unlikely upsets in sports history.

Putting together the 2013 video now, and needing some advice over what fills out the final slot on the top 10: {Spoiler} Marion Bartoli winning Wimbledon or the USA coming back from 8-1 down to win the Americas cup

Leicester City are very close to creating what I would dare call the biggest upset in premier league history.
They have already booked their spot in the 16/17 Champions League tournament.
Really should have put a cheeky bet on them this year >.<

There hasn't been a good Formula 1 upset for a few years, I think. The last major one was probably Pastor Maldonado winning the 2012 Spain race. It could be argued that Romain Grosjean scoring points for Haas in their debut Grand Prix was somewhat of an upset, than went even better finishing 5th a Grand Prix later.

If Leicester win the title I would dare say it would be the biggest upset in sports history. It is really that big.

2012 is all set to go, before I upload though I have some spoilers of each of the choices so try and take a guess: {Spoiler} 3 from Football 2 from Boxing 2 from Track and Field 1 from Motorsport 1 from Swimming 1 from Tennis
Also if there any any issues you have with some of the choices give me a buzz.
