Continuing our countdown of the biggest sports upsets of each year by taking a look at 2008. A year to remember for fans of Barnsley Football Club and one to forget for Ana Ivanovic. "This video contains content from Frank Warren. It is not available in your country."

We continue our look back at the biggest sports upsets of years gone by focusing on 2007, a year when Fiji stole the headlines in the world of Rugby while a former Reality TV star made UFC history.

We continue our look through the biggest sports upsets of the year by focusing on 2006. A year where Manchester United suffered a double humbling in the cup while the small town of Clyde put itself on the footballing map. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z1_vmWmgXE

Another contender for this year with Bangladesh beating England in the 2nd test in Dhaka. That has a shot to scrape into the top 10. My top five right now are pretty locked on though (3 football, 1 tennis, 1 MMA) Starting some preliminary prep for 2005, and I have to say I'm beginning to feel the struggle with the lack of clips. Here are some of the choices I have so far. {Spoiler} Ricky Hatton vs Kosta Tszyu Shawn Murphy wins the World Snooker Championship 18 year old Rafa Nadal wins the French open Exeter City draw with Manchester United Liverpool win the Champions League (It will cause the video to be blocked on YT though) Jill Craybas beats Serena Williams at Wimbledon. Bangladesh defeat Australia in the Natwest Series

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}League 2 Grimsby Town beating Tottehnam 1-0 in the League Cup.
New Zealand beating Australia 24-0 in the 2005 Rugby League Tri-nations - Some background It was the first time Australia, hot favourites for the match, had failed to win a series or tournament since France defeated them in both Tests of the 1978 Kangaroo tour.[5]
The win by New Zealand was the first time the Kiwis had beaten Australia in a test series or tournament (not including one-off test wins in 1971, 1987 and 1998) since 1952. Australian coach Wayne Bennett resigned from the national coaching post just over a week after the final.[6]

We continue our quest through the sports upset archives by taking a look at 2005; A year when Istanbul played host to a football miracle while a Manchester hero came of age against one of boxing's modern greats. vimeo.com/190459705The inclusion of one clip (#3) means that I can't get this one uploaded onto Youtube. Started some small thoughts into 2004's Upsets, and there's some fairly obvious ones that come to mind: {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Greece winning Euro 2004 Porto winning the Champions League Maria Sharapova winning Wimbledon Todd Hamilton winning the US Open (golf)

As some of you may know, copyright restrictions on YouTube have meant that I have been unable to upload a selection of my Top Ten Upset Videos onto YouTube, so before I start working on the 2004 entry I am going to set about uploading new versions of the missing videos, starting with 2011:
This new version features alternative, YouTube friendly clips that don't break copyright, as well as a slight shuffle of the countdown order, I have also used this opportunity to tighten the video's editing up and to redo the graphics package in line with some of the more recent uploads.
I hope that people can appreciate the work, and feedback is appreciated.

2007 has been made YouTube friendly as well. Thankfully for this one there was only one clip (#1) that I needed to sort out.

Happy to say I have made the 2005 video YouTube friendly, with a particularly clever workaround for #3:

Just thought I would update everyone on where things stand right now.
I still need to create a YT friendly version of the 2012 video, which mainly involved working around the UEFA copyright of #5 and #2.
The 2004 video has been completed, but I will not work on getting it YT friendly until 2012 is completed. The issue with this one being that the big UEFA clip is the #1 entry.

Whilst I wait to try and work around copyright restrictions for 2004 (Damn you UEFA). Here is the countdown for 2003's biggest upsets, where big-serving Ivo Karlovic got Wimbledon off to the best possible start, and an unknown American rocked the world of golf. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa6tmME_1iY

With 2016 nearing it's much anticipated end, it's time for me to take a look back at the top 10 biggest sports upsets to take place over the last 12 months; a year where Sam Querrey rocked the tennis establishment while English football saw one of it's most unlikely success stories.

After a brief spell away working on other projects, I have turned my attention back to the upset countdown. In this video we focus on 2001, a year where Roy Essandoh showed the benefits of Ceefax, while a player ranked 125 in the world went on to make Wimbledon history.
