I'm going to say HHH vs. Lesnar from 29 is definitely way up there.
Given the names of the two involved and what was at stake, this an outstandingly "meh" performance.

Everything from 22-29. Mania 6 is really bad btw. There's FIFTEEN MATCHES and I bet at least 80% of the people here that have seen it can't name any of them other than Hogan vs Warrior without looking it up. I'd be in the 20%. Mania 6 is probably my favourite all-time. Not only was it in Toronto (I'm Canadian), it also fell on my birthday (April 1). I was HUGE Demolition fan, and was ecstatic that they got their belts back from Andre and Haku. I vividly remember DiBiase/Roberts having great build, as well as Piper/Bad News (albeit for all the wrong reasons). I was also a big fan of Dusty, Boss Man, and Hercules (shut up), so I was invested in their matches too.

I have a soft spot for WMVI as it's the first Mania I watched live. There's defintely a lot of filler on there (like 5 and 7 too) but other than Warrior/Hogan there's good matches between Demolition and The Collossal Connection, Rockers and The Orient Express (it was a bit short but what was there was good) and the blowoff match between Jake and DiBiase. There's also memorable moments like Andre's face turn, the mixed tag match (the crowd was insanely into that match, the pop for Dusty and Sapphire winning was huge) and Mr. Perfect's "first" loss.

11 had the atmosphere of a silent fart. It also had such great matches like the Allied Powers vs. The Blu Brothers, Undertaker vs. King Kong Bundy, Bret Hart vs. Bob Backlund, and more!!

26 is a good one to choose. I think that the show itself is actually pretty good but it's pretty unmemorable besides HBK/Taker. The same actually goes for 28 outside of Cena/Rock.
One Mania that has nothing memorable at all while not being flat out bad would probably be 29.

I want to say 26. Perfectly competent, but largely unmemorable beyond the Michaels/Undertaker rematch. IMO having Shawn's last match ever is far from unmemorable I would go with 22 or 29 Which is why he said "beyond the Michaels/Undertaker rematch"

I feel like the Batista/Cena match from 26 is criminally underrated. But yeah it's probably 26 or 16. I think it's partly because it was short. Only around 13 minutes if I'm right. It was very good though, and frankly I don't need to see them going 30 minutes. They're heavyweights who hate each other. As a whole, that Mania had so many well-built matches that most of them got shorted on time.

Taker went 20-0 against hhh with Hbk as ref and cena Rock fought in a "once in a lifetime" match. Ok the last bits not quite right but it was a solid mania and shouldn't be talked about as being one of the worst.

I say 21 and 23. -Only eight matches each -two short and forgettable womens matches (Trish/Christy and Melina/Ashley) -two short, boring and useless giants matches (Show/Akebono and Kane/Khali) -two disappointing WWE title matches (Cena/JBL and Cena/HBK) -overall slow pacing Also, regarding WM 23, in retrospect it's kind of jarring to consider Donald Trump the good guy to cheer for in the battle of billionaires.. Cena/HBK was INCREDIBLE, though. One of the best WM main events match wise.

Wrestlemania 4 is dire. Wrestlemania 2 sucks. Wrestlemania 9 is the one I hate the most.
From the 20s, I'd say 23 is the weakest and 29 (and I was there) was just boring and too predictable for words. 27 was also pretty damn bad.
A lot of the early ones are a bit bland and haven't aged well. Lots of them are one match shows and loaded with filler. We complain today about the build to Mania, but back in the 80s and early 90s it was a lot worse in a lot of respects.

I may be the only person on the face of the earth that likes WrestleMania IX. I would never put it in the ranks of the greatest WM's ever or anything, but I genuinely liked it. Except that ending. f*** that ending.

It just gets kind of lost in the shuffle like 26 to me.

Definitely 29. The structure was bizarre. No backstage interviews or skits, just video package, match, repeat.

Except that ending. f*** that ending. You're not even the first person in this thread to say you like WMIX. I've never thought it's that bad. As you say, it's not one of the greats but I can name at least five Wrestlemanias it's better than.

Except that ending. f*** that ending. It's far from a favorite of mine, but I do find it more watchable than a lot of others. If only because of that set which might be the best set in wrestling history.

29, no question. The matches are fine but nothing happens. There's nothing that would qualify as a "Wrestlemania Moment". Bingo. Although I can honestly say from 25-29 there's a whole lot of mediocrity in that span.

Between the bloated 5 hour runtime (and that's not even including the pre-show) and loads of filler, 20 seemed very meh to me outside of the 2 World title matches and Taker's return. I still think that the Rock N Sock Connection vs. Evolution match was very entertaining. Plus, Christian and Chris Jericho had a good match.

Martel vs. Koko 2. Andre/Haku vs. Demolition 3. Hercules vs. Earthquake 4. Hart Foundation vs. Bolesheviks 5. Ttio vs. the Mountie 6. Rude vs. Snuka 7. Beefcake vs. DiBiase 8. Hogan vs. Warrior, of course. 9. Savage and Sherri vs. Dusty and Sweet Sapphire with Elizabeth as the Crown Jewel. Best I can do without looking. Ah and looking I screwed it up.....Oh well. I'll give you partial credit.

WrestleMania 31 wasn't bad, but I felt completely unsatisfied after watching it, even with Seth as the champion.
