18. It's almost all completely average matches and one extremely memorable match that is all spectacle and just ok in-ring (Rock/Hogan). It's just amazing how average everything else on the show is. Nothing is offensively bad but nothing is blow-away good.

Has 13 been mentioned? Outside of the Austin/Hart match, there was virtually nothing memorable about that show. It felt like it could have been an episode of Raw or at most, an In Your House PPV.

I may be the only person on the face of the earth that likes WrestleMania IX. I would never put it in the ranks of the greatest WM's ever or anything, but I genuinely liked it. Except that ending. f*** that ending. Although I wouldn't go so far as saying it's a good show, I actually find 9 to be the most easy to watch Manias. Especially compared to shows like Wrestlemania 4 and most of the Manias in the 20s which feel like such an endurance test to sit through.
