If Triple H really felt that way, he could have shown Cena a bit more support than basically saying "this guy sucks, right guys?" during their pathetic feud. And for that matter if the company's thought process really was, "Hey, they're in the building, success!" then they wouldn't have chickened out of going with their plans for Mania 30 and 31 and they wouldn't be insisting so vehemently that Reigns is being cheered and mute the crowd when he's backstage. Hell, they wouldn't pipe in cheers for everyone on SmackDown. They care, they're just too stubborn to actually admit to being wrong so they're denying it.

It did nothing to help get Cena over and even now with Reigns we see signs of the same HHH who still doesn't do enough to get the fans booing him and cheering his opponent. Really right now I don't know what else Triple H could be doing. He's taken beatings from Reigns repeatedly to the point he looks like a joke of a threat to him and on a weekly basis, including twice in one night, he's been giving lengthy speeches about how the crowd should go home and drink some Drano. Well, there's the problem. He's been being an OLD SCHOOL heel, with his "Taking beatings from the hero on a weekly basis, including twice in one night, and giving lengthy speeches about how the crowd should go home and drink some Draino" like a classic villain would. If Triple H needs to be the heel here and get booed, he needs to realize this is the REALITY ERA, and adjust accordingly. Just go out on screen one week and say this: And then, happily- suddenly watch the crowd give Triple H the biggest boos he's ever gotten in his life.
