you guys suck, No Robert Duvall? No Robert Deniro? No Jimmy Stewart? No Humphrey Bogart? No James Cagney? With the exception of Tom Hanks, none of what you guys mentions can hold a candle to the people I have mentioned. get to watching some real movies Yes, but that's not what this thread is about... It's not about them being in all quality movies (Which is nigh impossible to do), it's about them always bringing in a great performance regardless of the movie (I.E. Morgan Freeman in Deep Impact)... calm down... EDIT: Also, I do agree on the Deniro comment... No matter what he's in, his performance is usually pretty good...

I read that just as I was waching Beverly Hills Cop on HBO. The one scene he's in the movie was on at that moment. Weird. My personal choice is Bruce Willis. With the exception of the 5th Element, I've never come away from one of his movies dissatisfied. And alot of people like the 5th Element, so there must be something good about it that I'm missing.

Bruce Willis - with the exception of "Striking Distance" I have been consistently entertained by his flicks. Jude Law - AWESOME actor, mostly always picks good scripts as well. Mel Gibson - Only movie I don't like is "Air America" and he's a great director as well. Samuel L. Jackson - I always liked him before and now he's got his own cottage industry thanks to SOAP.
