Like Kevin Owens for example. He's doing fine and all, but he isn't the kissing his opponent on the mouth, picking up used gum from the floor and telling fans to die, gay joke cracking Kevin Owens from before he signed with WWE......He isn't being himself  Missed opportunities for memories and money.... </3 Kevin Owens making gay jokes and death threats. Vince likes characters. He wants WWE to be a comic book that's taken on the road, essentially. Then he should probably watch Lucha Underground and take extensive notes, because they kick his ass at being a "live action comic book" So I've heard. I haven't been able to catch an episode yet. |

Some people work better with a leader and format to stick with. Others work better on their own terms. It depends who. Luckily they seem to be letting some big leaguers let go of their promos. Cena does his own promos, Jericho knows what to say during a promo so he throws anything they give him away, Ambrose does what he does on his own last I checked although Vince has talked to him and told him how to do things in the past. Just depends who really.
