And it goes from bad to worse for WWE. How? They've already stated that Brock is not going to be suspended since the wellness policy does not cover him. If he's suspended by USADA for 2 years, his MMA career is over. The only thing he has left is WWE.

Question: Has mainstream media picked up how WWE hasn't suspended him?

Because when the media pick up on the fact that WWE haven't suspended Brock over this, they're going to have a field day. This whole situation makes them look bad if they don't follow suit and suspend him.

And this dumb company will sign additional years to his contract only to beat up stars who work day in and day out.

Since ESPN and WWE are parterned up I dont think they will raise noise about it but if he truly does get suspended maybe one of the comissions will get on them. However, it depends on his contract its been reported he cant be suspended but it's in WWE hands how or if they discipline him which we have seen they have no intention to

He was just taking it so he wouldn't lactate like Nathan Jones.
You wouldn't want Brock lactating all over Randy, would you?

They can literally suspend him on camera next week for 30 days in storyline and suspend him on their corporate website for 30 days too. GG WWE.

WWE has already publicly stated that Brock is not subject to the Wellness Policy and thus a suspension from it. Plus it is thought that Brock has it in his contract he cannot be suspended. Even if it was just a thing to save face with no real punishment involved, I cannot see Brock agreeing to it.

If he's suspended by USADA for 2 years, his MMA career is over. The only thing he has left is WWE. If that's the case, I hope the USADA does suspend him, and I hope his MMA career is over. If he loses just that piece of leverage, then maybe, just maybe, WWE will come from over the barrel, pull their pants up, and grow some balls. They can start by telling Brock to give us a match that's actually worth the price of admission, or he can find a new place to TV. I'm sure he wouldn't fail a drug test in TNA.

Even if the WWE decided to test Brock - it would probably wouldn't work under the current system. The WWE to my knowledge tests you when you are at events. They don't use an independent organization like USADA to test guys during their time off. So all Brock would need to do is make sure he is clean for the dozen days he comes in to work for the WWE. And even if he was suspended, the company has say over when that begins. They would just suspend him after his program is finished and it would be like nothing happened.

How can he possibly have it in his contract that he can't be suspended and is above the Wellness policy? I find that hard to believe. That would put WWE in a legally helpless situation. I can't imagine a lawyer or insurance company or anything allowing them to make a contract like that.

As for Wellness, WWE said that Brock is a part time worker for them and thus not subject to the Wellness Policy, that the Wellness Policy is to insure the health of their full time crew. Thinking back, it matches up with Sting's issues, Rock's being so jacked he got hurt barely moving, Lawler's heart and so on.

If something bad happened, good luck winning in the court of public opinion with an argument of "They were just a part time employee. Not our problem"

Brock Lesnar suspended from the sport he probably wasn't going back to anytime soon, while still being paid by the company which he isn't going back to anytime soon.
Why do we like him again? Oh right, he suplexes people really hard, repeatedly.
