Bret Hart was solid, but that's about it. He had charisma more befitting a mailman, but if I'm picking a guy who never showed much color, I was way more entertained by Dean Malenko.

I thought Oklahoma was a hilarious parody of JR. (Oklahoma was not mocking JR for having Bell's Palsy; his facial expressions merely acknowledged JR's Bell's Palsy so it wouldn't be treated like 'the elephant in the room.')
I'm glad Brock Lesnar went over The Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
Chris Benoit was easily one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, and I'll forever be a fan of his wrestling career.
Samoa Joe vs Kenta Kobayashi is very overrated from a technical standpoint. It's a chopfest whose saving grace is how much the fans marked out for it. Hogan vs The Rock at Wrestlemania featured better wrestling than this match, and had about the same level of spectator energy.

Jim Ross was really annoying a lot of the time. Repeating stuff like "The Corn-fed Colossus"(Festus) a million times during matches. Agreed, and for that reason, I think Oklahoma was a spot-on parody of JR.

Justin Credible was pretty credible as a singles wrestler and ECW world champ.

I really like Death Match wrestling. I like full Muta Scale crimson masks. I cringe more seeing big bumps guys take to their back like WWE does in ladder matches than I do seeing an IWA-MS light tube gash on the forehead.

- D-X mocks the nation isn't funny - WWF 95 isn't that bad, It's better than 99 IMO - I like seeing the scantily clad women - Chris Benoit was a great wrestler and I still enjoy his matches (He can burn in hell though)

The WWE Hall of Fame should be exclusively for wrestlers who performed in WWE and are best known for their WWE work.
Ministry of Darkness Undertaker was Taker's best work.
The Guest Host era of RAW was not all that bad.
There was nothing wrong with the term "Diva". When it came to fixing the presentation of the female performer's the term "Diva" should've been very low on their list of priorities. Additionally, the "Divas Revolution" wasn't all that bad. Once the Divas Revolution became a thing, the women were getting longer matches (with commercial breaks), and the women were better workers in general. But then again, most of the model divas aside from Rosa Mendes, weren't really all that terrible either.
Alex Riley is underrated as a performer. He's not going to put on four star Meltzer classics, but he can put on a solid match without stinking out the joint. Him being as unpopular as he is is a direct result of how bad WWE buried him. Had they not placed him on commentary, fans would not have turned on him, and had he been used more consistently he likely would've improved and would have less free time on his hands to act an ass on Twitter.
As entertaining as "Hottest Free Agent" Heath Slater is, I'm not really interested in seeing him get "pushed". Slater's appeal is being a hopeless loser who gets beaten up for lolz. Take that away and there really isn't much to look at.
WWE should revive WCW and ECW as Network exclusive brands
Roman Reigns does not need a heel turn or to "slum it in the midcard with a midcard belt". WWE needs to give up on him entirely. Imo, the only real difference between Roman Reigns and any other random "non-indy" talent is a push.
Husky Harris should've won NXT Season 2.

I've watched wrestling since 1997, and never once liked Chris Benoit. Always thought he was boring in the ring. Same with Bret Hart.
I didn't hate the Invasion nearly as much as most people. Some of it was great, even. Realistically speaking, I don't know why people expected so much. The only consistently shitty aspect was Kane and The Undertaker.
Hulk Hogan was only good as a heel. Kinda the same with The Rock.
I've seen plenty of 1995 Raw's that I thought were good. Much better than today, at least, though its hard to compare a 1 hour show with a 3 hour show.
I still think Goldberg was pretty awesome.
Crazy Bob Backlund and Paranoid Stone Cold are probably my top 2 favorite gimmicks ever in wrestling.
I think the Attitude Era still completely holds up. Yes, the matches suck, but, well, I guess I'll save it for the big one--
Match quality means almost nothing to me. I only care about storylines, angles, promos, etc. The only way I can get any interest out of a match is if a huge storyline lead up to it and the match acts as an extension of it. The best matches ever, or at least my favorites, do this. But if its just a random "great match," there's no way I can care about it at all. If the storyline is bad but the match is "great," the storyline part will far outweigh that to me, and I won't like the match.

Cody Rhodes is a boring C-average player in every single aspect of the game. He's not bad. He's not good. He's just there. If his last name wasn't "Rhodes" he'd stand out as much as Curt Hawkins.

The best period of Nitro was between November 1995 and Memorial Day 1996. Hogan might have been the guy headlining the PPVs, but he wasn't the face of the company. Randy Savage was. Hulk was a whiny bastard that didn't show up half the time. Savage versus the Horsemen (in full supervillain mode) was the featured story week in and week out, as it should have been. At the same time, we had Lex Luger doing the "friend of Sting, heel to everyone else" gimmick, which is still one of my all time favorites. Add to that some truly unique signings and matchups (Sabu with The Sheik! Giant Haystacks! Cruiserweights!) and the still excellent Starrcade 95, and you have a simply wonderful run of shows.
Sticking with Nitro, the best moment of the show (for me, at least) wasn't the arrival of Hall or Nash. It was two weeks before Starrcade 1998. Eric Bischoff is giving a long-winded speech befitting a dictator when the camera suddenly cuts to Flair outside. We then slowly see Ric Flair and the Horsemen fight their way to the stage, all while Bischoff's speech echoes in the background. It is absolutely phenomenal.

Maybe as far as in ring goes but he has charisma for miles and can make any character work. The same can't be said for other FCW wrestlers.

I'm glad the streak isn't a Wrestlemania staple anymore. It always brought the build around it to annoying levels to me.

if you've seen one Hogan match you've seen them all You could say that about many wrestlers, though. While we're on the subject, yes, what Hogan said in that years old tape was stupid, but No, I do not believe he is actually a racist, and the WWE's handling of it, and pretending the guy never existed was utter Bullshit.

It used to be that Cena was great, but now I think most recognize it and it's no longer controversial to say it.
