For that is an obvious yes. Their act while entertaining in doses just drags way to long for me and they are holding on to belts they don't even need. Before the Wyatt feud they were coasting but it seemed like after the feud when they or at least Xavier took a different approach once that was over they went back to the same ol shit.
Don't get me wrong I'm still a fan but as I've been saying for a few months they need to drop the belts at least. I feel that title is the most stagnant at the moment

They should have lost to The Club months ago. I'll even say I wouldn't have minded if the Vaudevillains grabbed the belts from them for at least 1 month but I understand why they've held the belts for this long. The company wanted them to reach that long ass reign and yeah, they've done it. It needs to end now though.

They've pretty much come full circle.
The crowd still seems to love them but if they keep being in these terrible segments even if it's just by association the crowd will turn on them again.
I think even the guys in the group might be starting to get bored of it. They don't seem as motivated now as when they first started their heel turn but it is hard to keep that motivation after achieving that amount of success.

They've become one of my least favorite acts in the entire company, honestly.

They were annoying as heels, and have been insufferable ever since they turned face. So yes.

I like the performers in New Day more than I like New Day collectively.

I am still a fan of all three guys but UpUpDownDown has helped that, on top of the other stuff they do But they jumped the shark basically when they turned face. They came out of a giant box of cereal dressed as Super Saiyans at Mania, I think they were orbiting the shark in space by then That being said this Club feud has drug them down horribly, and the segments are unfunny garbage that only Vince would find funny, all five guys deserve better than what they've been given to work with here. And the Wyatt's feud in the end made zero sense in helping them, just like them losing at Mania. Would be really cool with Enzo and Cass or JeriKO taking the belts at this point... still love New Day but even I can't defend some of the shit that's happened to them lately

It was good until it became all about the word 'booty'. It all seems incredibly self serving by all involved.

When they jumped the shark I hope they didn't crash into a buoy-o.
And with that, I bid you all a good night.

There's still some redeeming factors with The New Day but the spark they once had is no doubt gone. I'm more upset with how they have made The Bullet Club a flat out joke now.

They need opponents who are treated like serious threats and not laughed off. Like the Wyatt feud was interesting when they were acting like it was a big deal but the next week it's just 'well, that happened....now, where were we....booty!!'
We don't need srs New Day but it would be nice to see them move away from the catchphrase jokey stuff.

They've fallen so deep into their gimmick that it feels more like self-parody at this point.
Which is a shame because up to about six months ago they were probably my favorite part of the show.

Months ago. It went from something where you never knew what they were going to do to where you always know exactly what they're going to do.

I say have them lose the belts and then go through a breakup angle. They've been here for over 2 years.

I dunno that I'd have them break up instantly, but it's definitely time for them to lose the belts (though that said, the Club is f***ing atrocious, a complete dead-end act, and in no way deserving of them), refocus their characters, and chase for once. They've been under their current gimmick for about seventeen months now and spent fifteen of it as champions so we've never really seen them wanting, only having.

If New Day jumped a shark every time someone on here said they jumped a shark, they'd run out of sharks in the world.
That being said, something needs to change. They either need to start selling storyline developments, or drop the belts. It's going to be painful if they go for the Demolition record in their current state.

Tho I would like to see them branch out in singles competition more once they drop the titles. Especially Xavier I think he can be good in the cruiserweight division
