Do we get it referenced somehow at Backlash?

I feel like they'll say it on Raw at least, but who will deliver the joke? {Spoiler}{Spoiler}

Mauro will slip in a reference to it during Backlash and gain a job for life.

Probably some heel talking about how he beat down the face like a little punk.

It'll be Vince or Hunter taking up 15-20 minutes of time, doing nothing but sitting in the middle of the ring and laughing hysterically.

At least one spot in one match will be mocking the finish of the fight.

I don't think it's a question of "will they?" it's "who will?" Will it be The New Day? Enzo and Cass? Owens? Rollins? Steph? Reigns? With a Smackdown PPV happening the night after, it could be AJ or The Usos, maybe Miz. The possibilities are endless, but there's no doubt in my mind that they will reference it.

At the least they'll get a heel to make a comment about it. It's definitely going to happen.

They desperately want Ronda Rousey and / Conor McGregor at some point and still made snide comments when they lost.
They're helping their doctor sue CM Punk. I can imagine they'll have a midget re-creation of the whole fight if he gets destroyed.

No. Because even though there a number of people in WWE who would enjoy him getting destroyed quickly, it reflects bad on WWE having a multi time world champion for them getting murked in an one sided fight. Gives an aura of weakness. Brock Lesnar left just as ugly as Punk and said he was never coming back. WWE still had people at the show to support him and didn't rag on him losing his 1st fight.

Depending on how the fight ends, I could see someone recreate the finish in a match at Backlash or on Raw. Remember when Punk and Bryan recreated Chael Sonnen's missed spinning back fist?

There is no upside to them doing so while it's fresh in people's minds, it makes them look petty in a way that will get sympathy for Punk. I'm sure they will bring it up once the dust has settled, having heel commentators bring it up when his name gets chanted in Chicago.

Punk kind of deserves this type of treatment.

JBL: "HAHAHAH MAGGLE, you'd never see AJ Styles getting brutalised in UFC, unlike some people!!!"
Mauro: "I'm not Michael Cole"
JBL: "HAHAHAH, how 'bout it Byron? You like MMA?"
Otunga: "I'm not Byron, idiot"

I don't see what the point would be. Punk left the WWE two years ago, and the company has moved on into what many would argue is a more successful, entertaining period. They lost nothing when he left, and I imagine the company is a better place to be without his dickishness.
Of course, this is the WWE, and they're nothing if not petty and childish, so I'm sure there will be one or two sly references to whatever happens.

I expect a snide remark or two. Maybe even a skit involving midgets dressed as Punk and his opponent recreating the fight.

They should troll the crowd and play his theme again.
