Dear Mr. King If you want to put Andrea Beaumont into comic continuity then write your own damn Andrea Beaumont story to put her in continuity. Don't just say "'Mask of the Phantasm' is now in continuity, but only the parts that work for my needs". Yours Truly BlackoutCreature Agree, Batman TAS is a different Universe/Continuity from the main DC books hence why we got "The Batman Adventures" comic. And ignoring Joker's story is dumb since his past & relationship to Andrea is integral the plot & character. You've just described Tom King's writing

Someone scanning Amazon came across a collection for something called ANNIHILATION AGENDA, with the following text: "The Negative Zone is under siege! Now the Lord of the Negative Zone, Annihilus, makes a call for help to the very heroes he once fought against!" reads Amazon's listing. "It's an all-out battle as Nova, Silver Surfer and some of your favorite cosmic heroes try to prevent the next annihilation." Apparently something Annihilation related was teased at SDCC, but not announced.... www.newsarama.com/46360-marvel-s-agenda-for-annihilation-return-revealed.html

I've been loving Friendly Neighborhood and Amazing Spider-Man lately. My current pull list at my comic shop is currently 19 books but when absolute carnage comes out its gonna up it

I'm trying to avoid Absolute Carnage...have virtually no interests in the symbiotes, but Spencer's run is going to run with a couple of tie-ins later in the year, which annoys me. News on the DC 100 Page Giants relaunch. Walmart may no longer be their exclusive home, but they will still receive their copies ahead of other stores.. The fate of Superman Giant appears to be uncertain, which is worrying considering Tom King's Up In The Sky storyline remains unfinished. www.bleedingcool.com/2019/08/05/dc-comics-100-page-giant-relaunch-walmart-exclusive/

I'm also very uninterested in Absolute Carnage (if anything, it's nice to see their $1 comic line reprinting old Carnage/Venom related stuff which is tough to find in back issue bins for cheap) but I don't mind a couple tie-ins just to get a taste of the event at large. Plus from what I've read it seems like ASM's involvement is in regards to the time where Osborn was fused with the Carnage symbiote, so its involvement seems important to overall important characters. Still unfinished? Even though they already started the comic store reprint series of his story from those books? Oh boy.

Yeah, I know we have to sort of deal with Norman in order to get him back to normal in case Spencer has plans for him, I just hate to be reminded of Slott's era, even when it's the tail end of it when he was actually trying again. That said, I'm really enjoying Carlie Cooper reduced to MJ's lackey.

Oh! I did not know they were doing this. And by Michael Uslan, who wrote the original story. Very cool.

Looks like it'll have some angst in it...I'm not high on those sort of things happening to "Classic" Archie characters. I would like there to be more innocent situations for the characters to go through than situations like child neglect and dementia. Then I remember the company has thrived on this kind of car-crash storytelling for nine years.
The heavy stuff is what prevented me from enjoying "Life Of Archie" a few years ago, and I always did enjoy the original story by Uslan and gradually came to believe it was the best possible ending for Archie at the time given "Life of Archie" ended tragically and new material from the original universe was relegated to digest comics while the main title got rebooted and became more "serious" (I can't say it's realistic anymore because...you know, Sabrina)

Just read the spoilers on House of X#2...stay off the jazz Hickman {Spoiler}Moira is an omega level mutant with a radical retcon-heavy ability to return to the womb after each successive death in a different timeline. This issue covers what she gets up to in at least nine different timelines (with one redacted), she's currently on her tenth life

Batman#76 {Spoiler}Selina is looting in Paris to pay for Bruce's treatments, she tells an unconscious Bruce she'd never steal again if it meant he wakes up. King really is acting like her ongoing solo series never happened...I feel quite bad for Joelle Jones at the moment, her storylines have been rendered pretty pointless by this, and that'll continue for the next year or so as she spends the rest of the run trying to plug the gaps.
Gotham Girl also beats up Captain Atom.
And where the hell this fits into continuity gets more problematic as Tim Drake shows up...isn't he in the multiverse right now, and about to undergo a costume and name change under Bendis?

(Well two the third is admittedly me way overthinking this)
One it's yet another f***ing really Charles? With him keeping semi important information a secret from everyone.
Two it retcons out basically the mutants oldest human ally.
Three it kinda turns Moira into an eldritch abomination she returns to the womb after death... so she takes over whatever kid was supposed to be born (if not magically making a woman pregnant) basically stealing their soul which are things in the Marvel universe... unless it's not until teenage years when they become Moira, the soul render... >_>

After her 1st life ended naturally she realized she was a mutant because she was conscious in the womb with her memories intact. So she's lived her life many times over now.
