Will eventually return to WWE and win the cruiserweight title one more time? Like maybe his retirement match or something.

Uh, no.
The problem is that Rey's body is so broken down, yet Rey insists on wrestling a specific style. Plus, there's no way he'd pass Wellness right now.
I mean, 2010 was probably the last year he was able to work a consistent schedule with the WWE. He just kept getting injured.
And, to be honest, I'd be happy if he never wrestles in WWE again.

Rey Mysterio could come back to WWE, and then immediately be out of a job for a triple Wellness violation.

I would like to see it because I want them to do the old CW from the MNW wants to see what he can do against the young funs angle. I suggested doing it with Jericho, but I don't think he could make ths new weight class. Since Rey Rey is the greatest CW of all time, he would be a great pick.

I don't know what you're talking about Rey looks like the bastion of clean living. Compare that to this picture of Ryback... ...and I feel like....wait, that's who? Holy crap.

I wouldn't be mad at it.
All this time away from Rey and seeing the Luchadors they've brought up to replace him made me realize how awesome he was. Seriously, Kalisto? Kalisto was the next Mysterio. Get outta here with that noise.

WWE is beneath him, he has it made in Lucha Underground.

Nah Kalisto, Mendoza, Andrade, Metalik, Dorado are younger, fresher and healthier, why bother with Rey?

If he wants to come back and put some younger kids over, he is welcomed.

WWE is beneath him, he has it made in Lucha Underground. That's it guys, call it. The Lucha Underground circle jerk and reached it's epitome, we ain't gonna top this. Come the f*** on dude. You can't legitimately believe that A, WWE isn't the biggest company in the world and B, Rey's more famous there than he was in WWE. You may not like it, but dude was one of the biggest draws and merch sellers in the biggest wrestling company in the world. Lucha Underground's good, but it's reached nowhere near the exposure WWE have. I'd honestly put it 5th biggest promotion after WWE, NJPW, ROH & TNA (They're still hanging in there, mainly due to the Final Deletion saga) Anyway, on topic, I don't think Rey's a cruiserweight any more. His physique in the above picture combined with the O2 trainer mask makes him look like Bane. He's a big guy.

I would definitely not mind a nice farewell run from him, assuming we can make his lower half a robot.

It's clearly not working.
