I know there is plenty.
I'm going with the TLC Ladder tag from Wrestlemania X-7.

I think any match with a really hot crowd, like the Dallas 10-man tag (how could the hot tag to The Rock or Kane's return not give anyone goosebumps?)

The 1992 Royal Rumble rumble match. Pure perfection from start to finish.

Hogan vs The Rock WM18. There is a good chance that most non-wrestling fans will know both of these guys. The crowd is electric. The story they tell is simple. It is a very good watch.

Bret "Hitman" Hart versus "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig for the WWF Intercontinental Title at Summer Slam '91. Great technical match and is a perfect of a heel getting his comeuppance and a new singles star ascending the ranks.

The one I choose to show people that either aren't familiar or don't watch regularly is the Balor/Nakamura match from NXT earlier this year. It's the ONLY match on the show, so the viewer is focused.

I showed my girlfriend Cena vs RVD ONS 2006 and she loved it...for the anti-Cena chants. And she loved NXT champ Bo Dallas yet again for chants

Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan from Wrestlemania
They're not wrestling fans, so of course they're gonna mark out when the match ends in 18 seconds and they can run away from your home.

Depends on the person. My friend recently marked for Ospreay vs. Ricochet from the Best of the Super Juniors, while others have gone nuts for Ishii vs. Shibata from the G1 23.

Obvious one is Taker/Foley Hell in a Cell. I was watching this with my room mate who isn't a wrestling fan, he still didn't give a shit. I thought if anything was going to get someones attention it would be that, but it didnt haha

The 1992 Royal Rumble rumble match. Pure perfection from start to finish. .....really? I don't think many non-wrestling fans are making it through a Rumble. The two that came to my mind werealready mentioned; the X-7 ladder and the 4 way from Chikara.
