Jack Evans doesn’t have a bank account? That’s crazy. How does he pay his bills?

Maybe some people still want to say “give them a break, man!”? I was willing to what with the rumored reason for the cancellation and then Thanksgiving but I'm done. I have seen some people claim they got a refund or at least a reply about getting one but to go this long without so much as a follow-up post or something for those of us that got nothing is bullshit. Fair. But to my mind the shananigans started with learning that it had been cancelled by viewing this thread. No e-mail. No PM on Facebook. No text or call. Outside of this thread, the only cue I ever saw was a post they made announcing on their FB, and it wasn’t even stickied. Were I not a member here it’s totally possible I would have made the drive without realising it wasn’t going to happen.

I feel bad for the dude's health issues, I really do, but total radio silence is a pretty bad look, especially with people complaining about refunds not coming in.

Damn quite a few CHIKARA dudes like Louden and Condron were getting pretty good work there after moving out to California, between this and the whole Cottonbelly Trademark Fiasco, this has been a shitty year for Condron, he just lost probably one of his bigger gigs as a wrestler... Louden's a musician so that probably helps him.
But yeah talk about a hell of a rise and fall of a company, but for some pretty sad reasons, I guess they don't trust anyone else to run it either while they could be like an overseer from Home, but yeah total silence isn't a good look regardless of health, be up front with the fans and workers if there is a future or if you gotta stop especially when a show is still listed on the 16th...

While the wrestling may not be great for Condron, he's doing pretty well too as a producer and commentator for a lot of the UWN companies.

Man, that's a bad break for Al. My heart goes out to him, here's hoping he's gonna be ok.
I know this is a carny business, and we have to take everything with a grain of salt, but I'm not gonna slag on the guy if he has a legit medical concern and it ends up costing something he worked really hard on creating.

Quack tried trademarking Jervis Cottonbelly earlier this year for no apparent reason other than being incredibly petty towards someone he doesn't like.

3 days ago they put up a tweet instructing the roughly 100 people who still had tickets to their December show on how to get refunds. On the outside chance anyone here still hasn’t gotten a refund yet you can check it out on their Twitter.
No idea if they’re having a show in January though it obviously looks unlikely. I didn’t see any mention of them officially canceling the December show outside of that Tweet.
Hopefully all is well with them. If they’re done it’s too bad they didn’t get to open that wrestling school. The way it was structured the first group of trainees would have generated about $45,000 of gross profit (no idea what the net profit would be), which may have taken off some of the financial burden and stress of running a super indie.

When congratulating there Tate Twins (Dalton Castle's The Boys) on getting full ROH deals, they talked about hoping to be able to book them in the future so, there might be hope for something down the line.

WrestleCircus put a tweet out saying they’ll be back in 2018. Nothing else for now besides that.

WrestleCircus put a tweet out saying they’ll be back in 2018. Nothing else for now besides that. They just posted a pic of 800 Congress with a caption saying "The Return". Got to say I am excited for it despite the issues in Nov. Just something about indie wrestling and this company that is too much fun and freeing.
