You know how when WWE first launched the Network, some marketing study somehow worked out they'd have the potential audience of 800 Million people or something ridiculous like that?
And also remember how they don't even have 5 million people subscribed to the service?
TNA at this point couldn't even get 0.5 of that for a Network service.

Also, wasn't the Network running at a loss for quite some time? The last thing this company needs to be doing is anything that could make them lose this new companies money. Pay your wrestlers. Make your TV show. Try to get your show in as many homes as possible. Look at securing new talent. Those surely needs to be the only things they should be aiming for.

Yeah, had to have a million users worldwide to even be able to break even. So yeah, that's a terrible idea.

A TNA Streaming service would make New Japan World look like the WWE Network by comparison

WWE lost money the first year or two on the network, just now the past they started making money off of it. When there was first talk of doing it, there was concern that it could break them if they weren't able to get people into it.
TNA already had On Demand, until they screwed that up, even offering a month of it for free to make up for people who were ticked off over Victory Road 11

If they are meaning something like Fight Network doing this with all the promotions they have access to and doing an OTT service with all that, ok I can kind of see this making some sense since it would be more a Fight Network project. If it's just a TNA project, then Dixie may have gone full word I can't say but it was in Tropic Thunder. Look at what the WWE Network provides. It's not just WWE, but every other company they have the tape library of and even then not all of them. They also have other shows both wrestling and original content. There is a gigantic amount of content to go through. If it's just TNA, they barely have enough to make it worth while. I know they've been operating for 14 years, but that's not nearly enough to make this work. Plus, knowing TNA, they'd charge something like $15 a month for it all but making sure it would never make any money.

Bitch you can't even tour the flea market circuit.
Yeah by all means do a TNA network, those two dollars and half a bubble gum will take TNA to the next level.

Does uploading the TNA library to YouTube qualify it as a "streaming service"?
