"Paradise By The Dashboard Light" has a pretty great SWERVE reveal at the end. There's also a great swerve for fans of Paradise in "Wasted Youth" from Bat 2. "I remember everything! I remember every little thing as if it happened only yesterday. I was barely seventeen... And I once killed a boy with a fender guitar."

Was (Not Was) - "Walk The Dinosaur" sort of twists at the end. Would "Why Dont You Get A Job" by the Offspring count? I always assumed that the "let me tell you about my other friend now" part is actually from the perspective of the girl who's being dissed by the first 2 verses (of course, we dont know which narrator is telling the truth). I thought it was 2 separate couples.

I think that "A Boy named Sue" had a slightly interesting twist at the end, where he hated his dad for naming him Sue and running off, only to learn that his dad knew he was leaving and hoped that naming him Sue would force his boy to be tough without his guidance. After spending the whole song hating his dad (and beating the shit out of him when he did find him), he respected his dad for that.

I've been really into Come Sail Away lately and it kind of has me in the mood to find more songs like it in the regard of having a sudden unexpected turn at the end... and also to find more Styx songs since I've only really listened to a handful but like them a lot, but that's not really related. Dunno if it's better or not to just leave the songs there unexplained or mention the twist going in so... Personal discretion I guess.
