Yeah making millions of dollars for like 3 minutes worth of work over the course of 4 months sounds terrible.

Yeah making millions of dollars for like 3 minutes worth of work over the course of 4 months sounds terrible. sure. Maybe he should visit Taiwan and work at a shoe factory for 14 hours per day, six days a week, for 500 dollars per month

If what he says is true, I guess that means his Mania match will be a real match, rather than just a couple of moves. Though if he's training so intensely, it does beg the question why the previous matches/confrontations couldn't have been a little something more.
I'm not expecting half hour classics from a man in his position, but really, for putting the belt on the guy, you'd think we'd have gotten more than we have.

I mean, he's always been up front about the business first mentality, but this seems harsh even for that. Even Brock Lesnar has said that he has fun in WWE this time around. I understand his age and the pain of working out, but what does he have to be miserable about? He's barely had ring time, he's getting paid a huge sum of money, and they made him champion and built WrestleMania around him which means MORE money. Yet, he's miserable.
Compare this to Sting, who came in and had a blast putting in far more work at an older age, and put over a full time star in his final match. I'm not a Goldberg hater or anything, but this just reads really badly.

"I go to the bathroom about 20 times intermittently throughout the day"
Well that explains why his matches have been so short, dude needs to go dookie.

I will say this, he looks amazing. Seriously, the guy has nearly 10 years on me and there is no way I could get ripped up that quick without using some type of juice.

Yeah making millions of dollars for like 3 minutes worth of work over the course of 4 months sounds terrible. Eating the Micheal Phelps diet plus more does sound miserable. But I have to ask why the f*** do you need to train that intensely for 3 minutes of work in a 4 month period? I understand if he was training for a 30 minute match but honestly you don't need to train that heavy for a 12 min or under match. Plus dude already has great genetics since you need those to make it to the NFL and always had amazing agility and power for a guy his size.

I listened to JRs podcast and he said he was loving every minute of his return. After the Dixie Carter interview & his telling people to not ever complain in various WWE productions, I value JR's stuff as highly as a water blister.

I'm probably misreading what he said but he calls working a 2 minute squash as working his ass off

I'm probably misreading what he said but he calls working a 2 minute squash as working his ass off He worked his ass off to get back in shape to return. If you listen to the interview he goes on about how he still thinks he "looks like shit"! It's crazy. He says he hit his knee with a chainsaw(!) in July and then blew his meniscus out on his other knee in August last year and had 2 operations and worked himself into the ground to try and get big again because WWE called him 6 weeks later.

I guess we'll see if Wrestlemania is a legit match but if he's been training his ass off for what he's done so far...why? Lol
