My main costume is a HUGE work in progress right now. I'm going to be pyramid head from Silent Hill. The sheer physics of this projects makes me dizzy.
Since where I work you can dress up asll month, I have other costumes too:
- The scariest clown you've EVER seen - one of the fat guys from the band Aiden (I dunno their names, but they both look like scene d-bags...my friend's gonna be the other fat guy that i'm not) - Kurt Cobain's corpse (A costume I rock every year at some point, won a few awards)
Unfortunately Senor Splash will not be taking part this year since some ASSHOLE STOLE MY MASK.

Halloween is a complete waste of time IMO. Aww, you're such a Halloween Scrooge. Bah, humbug to you too, Grinch. if it wasn't for Halloween, we wouldn't have various key scenes in movies and/or tv. Like, the kid dressed as Yoda in E.T.. The whole Spaced Invaders flick. That episode of Freaks & Geeks where the Geeks are dressed as Groucho Marx, the Bionic Woman, and Gort. And there's others, but those are the most important.

Or awful horror movie after awful horror movie. True. But those scare me, so I avoid them. But more power to those who can actually watch 'em.

If I can get my act together, I will try combining 2 wrestlecrap gimmicks for my costume. I will be the Black Scorpion, dropping hints as to my identity, and at the end of the day, the mask comes off to reveal...

I wanted me and a group of coworkers to go as the Teen Titans. I might go as Little Red Riding Hood, Alice in Wonderland or a Witch. I love Halloween. It's my favorite holiday. Halloween and Easter. I could really care less about Christmas.

Halloween used to be cool but I guess I've just grown out of it......
I'll still go to one of the HUNDREDS of haunted amusents here though, which segways nicely to my story:
A few years ago when I was around 9 or 10 my mom helped me make a Stormshadow (of GI Joe fame) costume....originally I wanted to be Snake Eyes but since it's an all black costume and I'd e running around the streets at night it was probably for the best. So I rocked the hell out of that costume and was a pretty kick ass ninja....until we decided to go to a haunted house. I was taken by my older sister and her teen friends and they had got a tip of a really good haunted house being run out of a dental school.....now dentists for the most part from my personal experiance are a little tweeked to begin with. Mid-term dentists hopped up on Nox with masks and garden tools are a recipe for disaster. So we go into the HH which began at the front of the school in an auditorium, now either these guys were friends with Tom Savini or I was just a stupid young kid but either way the place was gored to the nines. There were bodies everywhere and weird moving shadows of violent acts, entrails on the floor, the works and each part of the school had it's minion ghouls and one head monster. Now I go through all of them scared pretty bad but I'm still coherent and enjoying the terror but notice that the rooms are getting darker and darker. As the rooms get darker and darker I notice I'm getting special treatment from the "monsters". Namely they're pushing me around more and generally giving me more of their scare skills. I was seriously wondering "WTF!" when we got to the last room where a guy dressed up like Eddie from Iron Maiden was performing "surgery"....this guy was awesome. He was a great actor that managed to be gruesome yet funny which then turned to all hell when he said that we were next to be on his operating table. Right after he says this a guy in Leatherface garb pops out of some storage locker (think RE4) with a chainsaw and everyone books for the door. I get pushed under the table the guy was operating on and try to run for the door but hit my head on the table as I get up, so I start sobbing like a punk when the Eddie guy sees me and asks if I'm ok? Now the part where this really takes a turn for the worse comes up, the Eddie guy tells me that he found me because of my sword, I look at it and realize that it's glowing faintly. So basically I've been walking around the haunted house with a raver's version of a bullseye. Now I don't really now why I did what I did next but if I had to guess it was probably a combination of high sugar levels, not being able to be Snake Eyes, the glowing target stuck on my back, my sister ditching me in the haunted house or perhaps me getting to into the role of Stormshadow but I took the nunchuka that I carried with me (which were real wooden ones) and hit the guy in the balls when he stood up. He yelled something out that seemed a bit harsh and I ran for the door, unfortunately right next to the door was like a low cofee table and I hit it as I ran out the door, I clipped it, tore my shin up and was sent tumbling to the ground. I was crying by then because frankly it hurt but the Leatherface guy hears me and decides to run after me with his chainsaw (he was near a tree drinking what I presume was a beer with some girls) so I'm hobbling toward the car as fast as I can when he gets near me and I fall again (just like in horror movies). So he's standing over me with a chainsaw doing his Leatherface thing and out the corner of my eye I see Eddie coming down the hill with a meat cleaver in his hand. Right then and thear is when I lost it. I had gone from afraid but enjoying it t scared and in pain but now I had absolutely lost my sh*t. I most have screamed really loud because I remember everything going quiet and both guys were standing over me trying to help me up. They took me to my sister and put me on the hood and dressed my wounds and apologized and gave me some extra candy. I also apologized for hitting the guy in the testies. We got home and my sister got in trouble because I was hurt, all and all though it was a cool experiance I most say.

I love haloween and this year I have to make up for last years being so crappy.I was at home and hardly any kids were even trick or treating. so I just stayed home and watched the Dawn of the Dead remake. My friends were all working so I was just home hoping for trick or treaters but maybe like 10 kids came the whole night.

If anyone knocks on my door Trick or Treating I tell them to f*** off and shut the door in the face. One year, a parent knocked on the door asking me why I was rude. I simply replied that the last time I checked begging was illegal in the UK. And then told him to f*** off.

Yep. You cannot knock on someone's door and ask for food. Police can prosecute the parents who let their kids do it. Considering trick or treating originates from the British Isles, I'm surprised, but really glad.

I can understand people who don't like some Holidays for whatever reason, but man, live a little. Then again, is Halloween not as big of a deal in the UK?

I'm not sure how they do it over there, but the people who want to hand out candy usually leave their porch lights on and those who don't want to be bothered would obviously leave their light off, atleast for the evening. I never got to trick or treat much when I was younger. My parents didn't want me to have a s*** load of candy seeing as how they had already spent a few thousand dollars on my teeth as a child, so I mostly went to haunted houses or helped hand out candy. It really bothers me to see people older than like 12 dressing up and knocking on people's doors for candy. That aspect of Halloween is for children, in my opinion.

If you worked late shifts and someone knocked on your door while you were asleep and commited an illegal act would you be happy?
