Even IF they have the rights they should just let then use.
Because Broken Matt was TNA's fans favorite thing, i'm sure they love that TNA is trying to stop the fanbase favorite gimmick.

In a way it's good that she's found her audience with this whole thing. After this will be eventually done and dusted, she'll probably resort to her old ways again and it'll be no longer all you go girl, when she's having her next 13 year old girl rants about whoever it'll be next in line that will grind her gears for one reason or another.

Hi Ed. This may come as a shock so sit down, You sitting? Awesome. I would recommend you start at Dixie first getting the company and then work your way to the present before chastising everyone for not being on the bandwagon. You should be able to quickly see how incredibly bad TNA/Impact handles seemingly everything. As for Ed, If I decide to buy a Superbowl ad for this website, Do I now own it? Do I get madisons rank? To quote a commercial No because that's not how copyrights work, That's not how any of this work. We requested benstudd take the tone down a notch and we're asking that of everyone else. Agree, disagree, whatever, but please please please stop talking to each other like this. P.S. if can get us a Super Bowl ad, you can have my title, my firstborn and my virginity. I don't actually have either of those last two, but I can write an IOU or something. No problem. Should it be a catchy jingle ad? A heart warming ad? Super strange ad involving a bowling monkey? As for the topic; It's been mentioned by others, Why are TNA handling this so openly? It's incredibly unprofessional and does not help the notion of TNA/Impact being run by buffoons.

Even IF they have the rights they should just let then use. Why? If Vince owned it, would he do the same thing?
Even if he does bring it to WWE, do you honestly think Mr. McMahon would push something that WASN'T his creation? If you do, then you haven't been watching long.

Because WWE is a global wide multidollar company which attracts all the casual fans. TNA attracts only the nichest of hardcore fans and is currently pissing then off.

I haven't watched much of the current product, but I remember the Internet community bitching about how him and the rest of his Bullet Club were being held back. Speaking of the Bullet Club, why haven't they come into the WWE (the group name, not the members)? I think they (AJ) own the name if I'm not mistaken.
MC Blowfish : Samoa Joe went through NXT to shape him in their image, so technically he's a WWE product.

People in the IWC complain about when people win to much, don't put much stock into that. I believe Bullet Club name is owned by NJPW and WWE is not adding Bullet in a name for a group hence "The Club" Also a better example would be Bobby Roode than Samoa Joe. Joe was still the same character as he's ever been but Roode is more a WWE product with his "Glorious" gimmick

I still feel that the name was changed to 'The Club' because WWE would own the rights to it. Rarely, and I mean RARELY does any wrestling organization push something that they don't own.

When you talking they do you mean Shinsuke? Sami Zayn is a product of WWE, Shinsuke is not. They've changed hardly anything essential about Shinsuke except add more nicknames

Except it wasn't they can't use the Bullet Club even if they wanted to. NJPW flat out owns it. They sell the shirt in America, they have them appear in American promotions like RoH. Hell NJPW even sent cease and desist letters to people making Bullet Club parody shirts. Would the WWE keep the Bullet Club name? Possibly, they were fine enough to use the Club and bring up their association with AJ AND Balor. But it was never on the table to keep it the same regardless.

If Matt owns the broken gimmick and not the WWE, then he won't be pushed much at all because the WWE can't control his merchandise or his image. The WWE wants almost full control of their characters and product.
From what I'm getting at from the Internet (take that for what you will) is that if Matt does bring his shtick to WWE, the WWE will push him to the moon with it.

WWE wants money, simply put ,if they think Broken Matt will make more money than Regular Matt, they will do so regardless of owning or not. Plus they never owned the Hardy's names either
