Pizza, ribs, beer, mozzarella sticks, and lots and lots of sandwiches.
Take it from a fat guy.

Wait....people have trouble GAINING weight?
Dude, it's called McDonalds. Wendy's. Dunkin Donuts. Soda. Nacho Cheese Dip.
If that doesn't work, then be thankful. Women don't exactly dig the larger guys.

I've got the same problem. I've just got a really high metabolism.
Get something at GNC and you should start gaining weight in about two weeks.

Donuts will do it. Back in '93 I wanted to put on 20 lbs. and by eating a dozen donuts a day, I reached my goal within three months.

I've got the same problem. I've just got a really high metabolism. Bingo. It's not so much that I don't try to eat more, it just doesn't really end up having much of an effect. I wanna gain some more weight myself, but it ain't the easiest thing for me.

I have this exact same problem...people talk about how hard it is to lose weight but its equally as hard if not worse to actually GAIN weight...case in point that is me in my avatar...im 21 years old and weigh 145 lbs...I was a long distance runner all throughout high school so that constantly kept me in check...now I drink beer, eat like a pig, and still no effects...I have tried Cell Tech Creatine as well as GNC Pro Performance Weight Gainer and still it had no effect besides leaving me constantly bloated...I have a feeling I am going to stay small until I reach about 28 then im going to blow up into a round mound of smarkdom...

1.Give up smoking (if you don't smoke then nevermind) 2. Eat before you go to sleep. 3. Keep snacking until you feel sick. 4. Get rid of the tapeworm

I SERIOUSLY don't think he wants to gain FAT.
He wants to gain lean muscle I'm guessing. Noone wants to get all fat and eating at Mickey Ds or eating a lot at night will do that
Protein shakes (High in calories like The Hulk at Planet Smoothie) peanut butter/ steaks and that good stuff I'm sure will help you gain weight

When Ali had to put on weight in his early career, he ate 3 or 4 steaks for lunch and dinner and drank loads of milk.
