So essentially...
'Oh cool, cheap programming we don't have to pay much for! Let's keep that going!'

Look I'm happy for them, I'm happy everyone gets paid on time now, it's all good for them amd their families and the industry. But I'd be lying as a fan of chaos that a terrible part of me doesn't miss the entertainment of the Death Watch.

I kind of expected Jarrett to drop them when the deal ran out and just magically expect to pick up a better network.

I'll expect that until the heat death of this universe and into the next.

In short, still no money coming in. It's a huge difference from the days of Spike. They don't know how good they had it.

There are entire years of my life where I did not feel as alive as I felt during the TNA deathwatch threads.

Wait.....who am I supposed to laugh at here, TNFW or Pop? GFNA. Pop has no downside here until no one advertises during Ampact. Speaking of, question for the poor unfortunate souls that still watch. Who even advertises during this dreck?

On the plus side, they can exist a bit longer. Mere existence seems to be the primary goal of GFW these past couple years or so.
On the negative, I guess those possibly optimistic rumours of Spike being interested again are out of the window. They instead get to stay in this very small pond.

Especially because afterwards they started bad mouthing Spike about how they didn't do enough to help them. Which is bullshit. It seems like a thing they love to do. They took subtle shots at Challenge for being a couple of days behind on when episodes were shown in the US (since they were shown on Saturdays in the UK) after Challenge cancelled them, basically saying they were to blame...even though it wasn't like they couldn't have negotiated them to show the episodes on the same day like what used to happen with Smackdown when it was on Thursdays.
