Elongated Man was pretty fun last night. Also, Danny Trejo as Cynth--erm, Gypsy's father was hilarious.

I'm so glad we seem to have gotten back to the lighter, more fun vibe of season 1 as opposed to the dreary 2 and 3. It makes for some good television.

Was a great episode best of the season so far IMO but then legends showed up and blew it outta the water IMO.

This season has been pretty damn funny and it's definitely a step up from season 3. I loved this episode. Danny Trejo was fantastic as Gypsy's father. Cisco - Where is Gypsy's ex boyfriend? Breacher - I don't know...l don't know where people go when they die Awesome

Well that was easily the worst episode of the entire series I tapped out after the whole "hashtag feminism" stuff. So cringe.

I tapped out after the whole "hashtag feminism" stuff. So cringe. Which time, the first time or the next 5 times? Man, it was just so embarrassing. While I thought this episode wasn't bad necessarily that part was truly cringe worthy. Like Supergirl, while not perfect, had a perfect episode recently that did feminism way better without pandering. Show, don't tell is one of the biggest rules in storytelling and this episode showed why it's important. Show the women on the show being empowered and badass. Not hashtag bs or whatever. Maybe I'm just on a high on how well much I enjoyed Supergirl this past Monday and felt it could've used their writers on loan for this episode of The Flash. On a similar tangent I would really like for them to actually flesh Iris outside of her Flash duties. Like is she still employed? Does she really have no other friends for her party other than Caitlin (who she has barely talked to during the show), her future step mom, Felicity (another person she's barely talked to), and extending an invitation to her future step sister? Maybe a line or two about her other friend or two canceling at the last second? I don't know just bothered me.

Yea this was easily the worst episode so far this season of Flash...the pandering Feminisim ,the side story of Barry and after dark shenanigans it was nearly all bad.
The exceptions and they go hand n hand were Killer Frost and Amunet Black ....Loved Frost showing off new abilities and Amunet has already come up as far more dangerous and threatening than the main villan of the season so far.
Also does not help Flash that on the same night they are up against Legends which is absoloutley killing it right now and is blowing every other DC show out of the water.

Who is/are going to be Acting Showrunner (or show runners) in kreisberg's absence, as long as the acting showrunner is not the showrunner of Teen Titans Go.

I thought they were speeding things up (pardon the pun) with DeVoe too quickly, but those were a very interesting couple of twists that set up the rest of the season. I like it.

That was a really neat twist at the end. {Spoiler}I wonder if Neil Sandilands' time with the show is done given that DeVoe's body is dead. Or if he'll continue to represent the mind of DeVoe while possessing that other dude's body.

Average episode saved by a great ending.
Amunet is terrible and there is no reason for letting her go again.

So was there anything to place Barry in the apartment besides the cops finding him there? Or could he have vibrated out and sped back to Joe's house where he could claim he had been there the whole time. As soon as he explained the situation they would have no problem covering for him. Devoe in the other body would have been the only person who could have said he was not there and its a he said they said situation. I assume there is some kind of evidence Devoe concocted that would still implicate Barry but it would be a whole lot harder if he was not there when the body was found.

Well I believe he had died some time ago that night and the weapon had Barry's finger prints on it. Plus I'm wondering if deVoe left any other evidence linking them.

I'm sure there was plenty of evidence to implicate barry, I did mention that. But being caught there with the body just makes it worse. Without him at the scene and with everyone giving him an alibi the evidence loses a lot of it's bite.

Basically Devoe has put Barry into a situation that is forcing him to be outed as The Flash.
No one at the house can vouche for him or else then they would have to explain how he was there and then went back home alone in the time etc , there is some hoop jumping on the way but I think Devoes wife is gonna slip up when she testifies for her "dead" husband and that will be how Barry gets outta this one.

Can't Barry just go back in time and fix this?
