American University predictably lost to Kansas State by almost 40.
They're only one of four teams (Kentucky, Bowling Green, and conference rival Holy Cross) to not have a senior this year.

Bagley III still out after being poked in the eye. Twitter already talking scratched cornea or something, but no one knows anything yet which is concerning in itself. If he's not back on the bench in the 2nd half, he might be out for a little while. Michael Porter Jrremains out for Mizzou as well. It has to be nerve-racking for these guys, as they're just here in college as a necessary pit stop before NBA money. And they're there just long enough for shit to go wrong.

Those 3 UCLA players are suspended indefinitely and are reduced to paying customer cheerleaders. I predict that UCLA will MISS THE NCAA Tournament as a result and will likely have to settle for either the NIT or a 3rd tier tournament.

UCLA Basketball is going into overtime. Versus...... Central Arkansas.
Even if they somehow pull this out, this is the state the program is now in.

Those 3 UCLA players are suspended indefinitely and are reduced to paying customer cheerleaders. I predict that UCLA will MISS THE NCAA Tournament as a result and will likely have to settle for either the NIT or a 3rd tier tournament. That's almost more embarrassing than what the players did. "Suspended indefinitely" is normally the biggest bullshit operation in college sports. Maybe it won't be in this case (I think it will though), but it's usually a diversion when they know that the media will get on their case if they come out and say X number of games and it's not enough. Or they want to see how their season goes and not paint themselves into a corner of not having the option to play these guys. So if their season is going bad and they play them 15/20/25 games in, they open themselves up to less criticism down the line than now, because it's less relevant. But what they did deserves a year-long suspension. You do that here, it's maybe 10 games, but you caused an international incident. These kids are getting off easy not having to do time in Chinese prison. Taking away their season is as much justice as you can give them. Chalk it up to a learning experience.

Michael Porter Jr is out for the year. Big news. He was the #2 HS prospect and supposed to be the guy who brought Mizzou back to relevance. It's likely he won't even play a single full game with them. His draft stock is now questionable, as a lot of places had him going #1 overall in pre-season. He probably won't fall far, but he's likely to drop a bit.

LaVar pulls LiAngelo out of UCLA.
Wow, does he really have his kid's best interest in mind now? Nobody saw 'Gelo as a pro player, he could have at least got an education and helped with the business.
LaVar is a god damn clown.

UCLA didn't make LiAngelo steal in China. LiAngelo and his buddies stole on their own.
LaVar is the worst kind of parent, and then some.
