RVD and Kane. RVD was my favorite wrestler and my brothers favorite was Kane. So that was cool

Kane has been in a lot of them. He had great teams with X-Pac, Rob Van Dam, Hurricane, and Daniel Bryan. All four pairings were super over, and all four won the tag titles.

Money Inc. DiBiase's days as a top singles heel were over, and the novelty of IRS' gimmick was wearing off, and this team rejuvenated both of them.

Man, Kane and Xpac was on another level. I remember people, myself included, being emotionally invested in that pairing. At that point Kane was THE sympathetic monster, having been used and abused by the corporation, abandoned by Paul Bearer and Undertaker, betrayed by Chyna...

I know they didn't last all that long, but who can forget the Rock & Sock Connection? That's what I came in here to post. Was thinking about th today..how random it was. Especially considering their feud but ended up becoming a hell of a team.

Jericho and Big Show made me groan during the reveal but went on to be arguably the best thrown together team in WWE history.
New Age Outlaws is another candidate. Two low carders that became probably the second most popular act after Stone Cold in 1998.

The answer is either Taz and Spike dudley or Marty Jannetty and the 123 kid.

Pretty much any tag team featuring Jericho, Cesaro, Kane, or Big Show ends up working out pretty well. ShowMiz was kinda lame though. I think Miz definitely wasn't on the same level he is now, and therefore not enough to make Big Show interesting.

Unless you're like brothers or were trained together, most tag teams start out thrown together. That's even how the Midnight Express tag team started, with Bill Watts hiring Condrey and Eaton and giving them Cornette as a manager due to his territory having too few guys in their 20s, as per Lawler and Jerry Jarrett's suggestion I believe it was. They had both been singles guys before that, I think. Yeah, most tag teams start off as two guys just sorta randomly paired together.

The answer is either Taz and Spike dudley or Marty Jannetty and the 123 kid. The Dudley's lost titles to alot of put together teams: -Taz and Spike Dudley -New Jack & John Kronus, The Gangstanators -Masato Tanaka & Balls Mahoney -Tommy Dreamer & Raven -Y2J & The Rock -Billy Kidman & Paul London -Samoa Joe -Spike Dudley & Balls Mahoney

Breezango? I mean, if they actually were still given segments on SD... Definitely Breezango, I love the stuff that they do As for back when I would say Marty Jannetty & 1-2-3 Kid defeating the Quebecers for the tag titles is up there. Same could be said with 1-2-3 Kid & "Spark Plugg" Bob Holly when they defeated Bam Bam Bigelow & Tatanka for the tag titles.

The New Age Outlaws.
Two guys going nowhere, getting over shitty gimmicks. Put them together, stick them with DX, put them over LOD, and push them, and boom, you've got the best tag team of the Attitude Era.
These days, they'd have been jobbed out on Main Event, then probably released.
