I’m sorry to say the drug addiction does not surprise me. She was involved with and married to a guy who has allegations of steroid distribution against him-and those who deal roids often deal in other things as well. Plus she was leading a celebrity lifestyle, and drugs are common in such circles. That said, it is good she is seeking treatment and cleaning herself up. I can see her back in WWE in a Mickey James style role, a more veteran talent to help elevate the newer ones. I ceratainly missed those thighs. I really doubt that... I mean I guess it's possible but it's not like she was particularly great in the ring and I wouldn't be terribly surprised if a lot of people forgot about her as she wasn't around that long. I mean Mickie doesn't get great reactions most weeks. She was more recent, at least, but yeah, she wouldn't be much of a veteran-type. Sure, she could come back, but she mostly had good matches with AJ, who she obviously had a lot of chemistry with and could spear like a ragdoll. Most other people, she was pretty so-so with, and she left WWE when she was being sidelined. I don't really see much more than a supporting role for her if she comes back.

I really am rooting for her to pull through this. She deserves some peace after the crap she's been through lately. Hopefully this is the start of her turnaround.

Everyone gets skinnier when they leaving wrestling. You get more hours of sleep, eat less shitty road food, less stress, recovering from injuries, more exercise, and less worrying about your appearance of being a bigger than average person aka looking like a jacked pro rassler. Weird thing about this as it pertained to Kaitlyn after her WWE run... She seemed to get MORE jacked. Might have been the revealing outfits in her selfies. She was a bodybuilder prior to becoming a wrestler and went back into it after retiring, so yeah, she’s definitely been more jacked post-wrestling.

I'm really glad Seth Rollins is doing better.
Now in all seriousness I'm happy she didn't became another sad death in wrestling. She had a really shit year, her pictures were leaked a couple of months ago. I hope she turns things around.

I think with people like her and Mike Kanellis coming out as addicts in treatment recently has been helpful in combating the stigma. Neither have the "look" one might associate with addiction, but through their bravery, I think it may inspire more to come forward and ask for help. This is an epidemic, and we all have to stand up and fight it. Really glad she's doing better now. Though I don't know her, I feel so proud of her. I can relate to her through my own issues with substance abuse, and I know it's a lifetime of fighting it. Getting over that first hump is one of the hardest things in the world. I hope she can stay on this healthy track!

Yeah, I think part of why her and Mike opened up about it is hearing about all the heroin and fentanyl horror stories right now and wanting to do something to put some tread back onto the slippery slope.

I didn't even know about all the trouble with her former partner. Mainly just knew them together looking like they chugged creatine by the barrel-load. That's a tough enough situation without all this thrown in as well.
Sincerely hope there are better things ahead for her.

I've always had a soft spot for Kaitlyn, she was one of my favorite women for a while (her and AJ's feud was brilliant!), and I never realised how bad things were for her. It sounds like she's had a really rough time. I'm so glad she seems to be on the right track though, its always nice hearing about people getting out of addiction on the other side. I'd definitely be all for her showing up again in WWE in some capacity.
