Maybe a cop out but I don't recall Ms. Elizabeth ever taking a bump. And really Paul Bearer never took bumps for a while. Woman's all "nope."

Blassie didn't take many due to his age. Gary Hart didn't take many due to all the injuries he sustained in the plane crash. He'd take a shot and stumble along the ropes, etc., but rarely took a full bump. Plus he was bigger than a lot of the guys. Other than that, it's hard to say. And even if they didn't get bumped around, guys like Sir Clements and Gentleman Saul Weingeroff would still end up being embarrassed in some way. I just finished viewing Clash of Champions IX New York Knockout where Gary Hart was taking lumps and bumps all over the place. This was seen both during the Flair/Funk "I quit" match, and the terrific Pier 6 brawl that ensued when Hart tried to stop Funk from honoring his promise to admit Flair was the better man.

If you call Flair chopping Gary Hart while he just kept standing there "bumping." I call it not selling for Ric Flair. If he couldn't physically bump to properly put over main eventers hitting a manager, they never should have touched him.

This was seen both during the Flair/Funk "I quit" match, and the terrific Pier 6 brawl that ensued when Hart tried to stop Funk from honoring his promise to admit Flair was the better man. www.youtube.com/watch?v=HitHAHRTmcU7 minutes in, Flair shoves Hart from behind and Hart immediately turns around and starts trying to chase Flair before a ref stops him. 14 minutes in, Hart is standing over Funk to keep fans away from the downed wrestler, Flair walks up and grabs Hart and...tries to move him out of the way. Except the steps are too close and Gary shoot tumbles over them and goes down. Hart no-sells it, gets back up and immediately starts trying to attack Flair (and if you watch closely, Flair kinda freezes after he loses his grip on Hart and Hart goes down, and gets what appears to be a shoot punch to the gut for it). Flair gives him an elbow and tosses Hart, who's still down, aside. Hart no-sells the elbow and getting tossed, immediately getting back up and heading straight for Flair before getting stopped by the ref. (I would love someone to accurately transcribe the brief conversation we hear from Hart and the ref at 14:15 on the hot mic; I can't make out what Gary says, but the ref says either "Don't do that" or "Go do that".) That video doesn't have the aftermath, but this one does and I'm not going back and recounting the timestamps. In the aftermath, Flair punches Hart into the corner (he doesn't go down), punches him twice more (still not going down) and gives him an extremely weak chop before moving on to other things. Hart then drops to one knee for a moment before getting back up and taking the boots to Funk for the rest of the deal. So yeah, not a whole lot of bumping except for the accidental tumbling over the ring steps. And what little he does take, he no-sells every bit of it and immediately gets back up and goes after Flair.

You'd struggle to pay me enough to bump for Konnan too.

I don't recall Jenna Jameson bumping in a wrestling ring. I've seen her taking a good pounding a few times

Didn't Arnold Skaaland manage late in his career? Can't imagine he bumped. Skaaland still got in the ring for tag matches with Backlund against Muraco and Fuji in the early 80's.
