What Hogan said on the tape was abhorrent. But it's hard for me to be against Hogan coming back when I was perfectly happy to see a guy who abused his wife and another guy who murdered somebody in a fight appear on Raw a few weeks ago.

Nah. He has nothing left to offer them. Can't go in the ring. Younger fans don't know him well. Also, there's the bad press of the WWE welcoming a racist back into the fold.

It's not going to happen. Even If Vince isn't personally bothered, the general public's memory is far longer than Hogan seems to think it is. And even without that what the he'll does Hogan have to offer anymore?

Wait...what? Steve Austin and Scott Hall (though the latter is gross oversimplification)

He was also quite publicly rebuked by Big E, so I can't imagine he has changed his mind. New Day's more valuable to WWE than Hogan could be at this point. I also doubt he was the only guy on the roster quite appalled at the tape.
Spend your Gawker money, you deflated, weathered, leather couch of a human being.

I'm just over Hogan. He can't add anything to the current product and I absolutely do not want him in a ring ever again.

It would have been better if he had a black friend endorsing him in that video. Does he have any left?
Anyway, like with Hulkster's previous 423 comebacks, I don't care.

"One guy who's vouching for Hulk is Naitch" Neat, so Hogan's big character witness is another shitty old dude.

Nah there's a lot of reasons why Hogan shouldn't be back.
1. The whole controversy surrounding him and his comments. That right now is more in the public's eye than Hogan and Hulkmania. Bringing him back would have most think of that first. 2. He would offer nothing to the current product. We have tons of old dudes coming back already which people don't wanna see, we don't need another one coming back just to get spotlight even for a simple promo. 3. Bringing Hogan back would open a can of worms. The company's trying to keep all controversy as low as possible. The WWE would be criticized if dude's brought back even for 1 segment. 4. Big E and others don't f*** with him like that. 5. There's no need to bring Hogan back. Casuals won't say "oh Hogan's returning, let me tune in" and hardcore fans are already watching weekly. There's no reason.
Hogan needs to sit his old ass down. I don't give a damn if you like Hogan and what he's done. Keep him the f*** off my tv.

'Please Vince, help rebuild my public image a third time, most of the gawker money went to pay the legal fees and nobody wants to hire me after my horrible apology tour.'
Go away Hulk, you bring nothing to the table. You'll have to work to redeem yourself in peoples eyes, you can't just forgive yourself and expect to be granted absolution for the horrendous things you've said.

The Scott Hall incident was that when he was a 25 year old bartender, he wound up in some fight with a guy who destroyed his car, and dude pulled a gun on him. In the struggle, guy winds up shot dead. Police investigated at the time. Likely a PTSD trigger or the like at the core of Hall's well documented demons in the last 35 years. Bit different from premeditated.
Anyhow, Hogan's done. It's the conspiracy to hide it which is what has killed him, really.

I personally would like to see Hogan back, but I understand the opposition.

1. f*** Hogan.
2. It's funny how Hogan was scrubbed (rightfully so) for what he said privately. But a transphobic Sandy Hook denier MMA fighter is about to waltz into a sweet Mania payday.

If Wrestlemania started and the first thing we heard was "Real American" with Hogan coming out. I would mark the hell out.
But I don't need to see him in any other capacity.

I said this before.
If other people with crimes on that level or worse are not only welcome but revered also, why no Hogan.
Just look at the f***ing champ or the last BIG STAR signed.

The only thing Hogan could do is be a member of the pre PPV expert panel. He might be okay in the that role but I do not think it is worth the baggage he will bring.
