I'm imagining it being like "Well, the bathrooms are over there, the cafeteria closes at 5 pm. If you're the last one to leave in the evening, remember to enter the security code 4321 before you leave. Oh, and here's the list of men here notorious for sexual harassment."

I can't wait for Booker to return back to commentary with his main man Corey Graves. Seeing these 2 have fun after the jokes they've played recently will be entertaining. Yeah this man Coach about to be outta here.

So according to whats written Coach has: Shown interest in a girl and when she made it clear she had a boyfriend he completely stopped talking to her (not illegal at all and at worst its a little underhanded since he offered her mentorship and expected something in return). Sent photos and text messages to a girl which she found inappropriate (without knowing the content it could be at best unprofessional and at worst harassment). Complimented a girl on her looks and "made several passes at her" (again without knowing content it's hard to say but again this could at best be unprofessional and at worse harassment). People taking sides with so little information being given just seems like dog piling. I'm gonna stay neutral until more info comes out. Doesn't look good for Coach though since this is a hot topic issue and if women were telling each other to watch out for him then that at the very least shows it's something he's done a fait bit. I'm on mobile so I may have missed a detail or two. Feel free to correct me but with this being so vague I feel uncomfortable with both sides jumping to all these conclusions. I feel as a society we judge people far too quick and with far too little information nowadays. Basically. Right now, at worst he's kinda sleazy. More details can come out and will change my opinion, but right now, seems like a nothing story.

Everyone bringing up the, "He only asked about interests!" thing seems to be ignoring this part - That, along with the fact that if he seriously wanted to mentor them, her having a boyfriend wouldn't have mattered. If he just wanted to "mentor" to get an in with them, then he wanted to leverage his senior position to get laid. That's... sketchy as f***, to put it plainly.

I wouldn't want to employ a sleazy guy, especially if my company had been making a big deal of pushing women and giving them more opportunities and equality for the last couple of years. If there's a guy who's a creep and will at least pester and annoy a lot of my roster, even just in terms of number, you get rid of the 1 problem person, not deal with the 30 problems he'll cause.

Todd Grisham is named in this lawsuit for LOOKING at her, forgive me for not exactly thinking this lawsuit is on the up and up.
Also on a side note thank god I'm in a long term relationship because otherwise I might be petrified to even talk to a woman in todays environment.

Yeah, that's the sad part of this #Metoo movement because now while sensible people know that simply looking at a woman, saying hey, or simply complimenting her as "beautiful" is not harassment and would be laughed at by a judge. But those who might be on the shy side will be afraid to even approach or talk to a woman because of the environment. Of course to be fair, it's right that the movement is happening, however, simple things like saying hey or looking at someone should be removed from a lawsuit completely.

I agree with your premise the problem is, just being accused of this can seriously f*** with your life. Even if you are 100 percent acquitted just people knowing you were accused of it can cause problems.

This seems like an absurd reach to call it harrassment and stuff like this is going to start hurting women more than helping. There was an article a little while ago that said men are so afraid to be around women alone in the work place now that there are indications women are being passed for jobs simply to avoid the threat they could file lawsuits. It's good when actual harrassers are taken to the woodshed but when simply looking at someone or asking about what music they like has become harrassment, and people are being fired or having their lives ruined without a shred of real proof...it's going too far. I know many sjws today will go so what men have gotten away with things for too long...well keep it up and no one will even want to be around women ...much less hire women...not exactly a great result.

With some further digging it appears that John Buccigross saved all of their texts, she responded saying she liked his pictures and that they were dating.
ESPN is taking the employees side something big companies a lot of times won't do..maybe she really does just have an axe to grind.

He sounds like an idiot, but there are no claims he crossed the line into full on sexual predator or even of harassment, he was told there was no chance and stopped. She sounds like she's trying to exploit the current wave of public sympathy towards genuine victims of discrimination and harassment to get a settlement, with no regard for the damage she'll cause to the lives of others named to try and create the image of a culture of such behavior and to the woman's rights cause.

Those are some gross accusations. For his sake.I hope he didn't do it because to issue a statement like that when you could be found guilty of what you were accused of is gonna make it worse.

I don't know, it seems suspicious....why would he deny these claims outright with obvious proof such as harassing texts and pictures?
At least the mods are being sensibly neutral until more information is released.
