Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but tickets for the show go on sale Wednesday Aug 8 at 10AM EST for HonorClub members, and Friday Aug 10 EST for general public. I was hoping tickets would go on sale later in the year, since I'm probably not going to be able to get the more expensive tickets like I wanted to, but oh well. www.rohwrestling.com/news/g1-supercard-ticket-sale-information

The prices plus the attraction of being the first major non-WWE wrestling show at MSG in forever makes me feel very certain that they're going to sell out. With how huge lucha is in some communities in NYC, it wouldn't surprise me if a lucha promotion gets involved as well to certify a sellout. I miss living in Spanish Harlem, getting the option to purchase lucha masks and magazines at the 24 hour bodegas.

Both companies have to be taking this as a loss leader just on the chance of being able to say they sold out MSG. Sinclair has the resources. If they're smart they're gonna merch this out the nose too.

I hit the presale around 10:30 and was able to grab 3 tickets in section 211, which is basically center ice for a hockey game.
Price in that area was $81 a pop, but stupid Ticketmaster and its stupid fees ran that up a bit; nature of the beast, sadly.
Still, mission accomplished.

I got 4 tickets for section 4, row 10. My brother and I are going. Hoping two friends can make it but if not maybe I'll sell them for some profit if Punk or Bryan Danielson is announced.

They sell this out or get at least over ten thousand it'll be a huge boost to morale and ROH's standing

Per POST Wrestling, Joe Koff has stated that the event is 60% sold out.

60% sold for the Honor Club participants only? Good grief, this thing will likely sell out on Friday. Tremendous news and probably a career highlight for most of the guys on this show. I know Tanahashi has said working MSG has been a career goal.

I'd love to go being a local, but there's no way I'll snag two tickets when they go on-sale to everyone on Friday.

Per POST Wrestling, Joe Koff has stated that the event is 60% sold out. I do wonder if he's exaggerated the number a bit to drum up interest in the general admission release on Friday. There's no way to actually verify it and promoting an event is about spin to some degree. But then all in sold 10,000 tickets quickly and 60% of msg is only like 2,000 extra tickets on top of that so it wouldnt surprise me if he was telling the truth either, especially mania weekend when loads of wrestling fans are going g to be in New York anyway.

I got 4 tickets in the $50 price range and made to buy exactly on time. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the only tickets left were the cheap seats

Though you have to believe if it sells out on Friday they'll add seats.

It looks like the $50 seats got you dead center of the upper decks. So my seats are in the 225 section which according to their chart had me right aligned with the ring

Like I said I got 211 in the $81 range, same basic angle (again "center ice"); guess it's probably just a difference in the rows, but it makes me feel a bit silly for spending the extra dough. Ah, well, MSG's layout is weird since the redesign so I'm probably just not imagining it right to begin with.
