Two of a Kind - An attempt to cash in on the popularity of John Travolta and Olivia Newton John in the mid 80’s. It was a crappy love story about angels betting the devil that they can reform a career criminal. It had a really great cast, but the writing and directing were just a nightmare. It disappeared from the theaters really quickly and I have never met another person who has seen it. My girlfriend at the time loved it and we saw it in the theater twice. The second time we were the only people in the theater. Never seen the movie, but I have the soundtrack on vinyl. "Ask the Lonely" by Journey is a favorite of mine. I think mine is Rules Don't Apply. You remember that episode of Futurama where Zoidberg and his uncle made a shitty film? Pretty much that, only played straight. It's beyond terrible. Honorable mention goes to Wing Commander, a movie so bad that my wife, brother and I still talk its awfulness 20 years later.

Ugh....anything that relies on the "we only use 10% of our brains" nonsense just makes me want to throw things at it. You're not wrong, but everything about that movie made me want to throw things at it. BTW, what was the name of that ping pong movie with Better Value Jack Black in it? I liked the movie, but I know it's trash. Balls of Fury. Hope Christopher Walken got a good paycheck from that one. The Mangler, starring Robert Englund and Ted Levine, which is based on a Stephen King short story about a possessed industrial steam press that kills people. It was as bad as it sounds but redeems itself by giving me fond memories of my friends and I crapping on it throughout the film. How we didn't get beaten up after by fellow cinema goers I don't know. This was me watching The Last Airbender. Why nobody told me to shut up, I have no idea, but I spent the entire movie hurling verbal abuse at Zhao and laughing so hard at Iroh because apparently Shaun Toub was the only one to realize he was in a pretty awful film.

I remember myself and some friends saw it opening night, and there was a sign "No refunds after the Star Wars trailer."

Probably “Bad Teacher” with Cameron Diaz
Objectively the worst movie I’ve seen in theaters is “Miss March” but I liked it so I might have bad taste

Where the Wild Things Are
One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. Took a colorful and magical kids story and turned it into a 2 hour depressed and dull story. Horrible on every level.

I was meeting up with a bunch of friends for the first time in a while at the cinema, and they decided we should see Superbad. The title was accurate.

Justin Timberlake and Lucy Punch made the movie for me personally. They both were just equally hilarious.

BTW, my pick is Batman & Robin, but I enjoyed that (come fight me!), but my next pick would be either Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigolo or Lost World: Jurassic Park (both were...eh.). I tend to see films based not on the trailer, but on newspaper reviews.

My father made me watch Scary Movie 4 with him. I always hated those movies, it was almost a relief when there was a tornado warning in the middle of it and they made us go to a safer theater in the middle of the building, haha. AHAHHAA What the hell?! Was God/The Tornado targeting THAT specific movie?

Lol nah they moved everyone who were in the outer theaters because it was their emergency guidelines to move people into a more central theater in the building because it was supposed to be safer if a tornado DID hit. Like how they say to go into a closet or other central room in your house without windows for safety during a tornado warning. My father wasn't very happy about it though haha.

Hancock. The first half is so good, then they flush the whole thing down the toilet. A guy with superpowers behaving badly is an amusing concept, but they decided to have him reform as part of a PR campaign and turned it into every cliched trope movie ever.

I thought it was mainly "meh" than bad, plus I didn't mind seeing Lena Olin in her underwear (For an older woman, she looked pretty damn good).
