Just curious here. From when I started watching the old WWF VHS tapes, I can recall pretty much every title change from Bob Backlund losing to the Iron Shiek until Triple H winning the title in 99 the Raw after Summerslam.
After that, it gets fuzzy for me.
So, this is not a brag thread but just seeing what years others had "committed to memory" and at what point you would have to go back and hit up wikipedia or the google machine.
(To mods, wasn't sure if this belonged in Wrest or the main section because it covers both, so no heat if this is moved.)

Just being honest, not to brag, but basically from 1989 to now. Throughout my entire life I've held a great interest in watching the current WWE as well as researching and looking up factoids of the past.

That is impressive though---Once the titles started getting hot potato'd 2000 I was done being able to keep up - and then once the brands split in 02 I was doubly screwed.

From 2000 to 2003 I'd say. The early Manias till about 22 then I get hazy.

I'd say from 1984-2007, then it gets foggy as my interest dropped during the Benoit tragedy.

I’d say the build to Wrestlemania III through Wrestlemania 21. From a combo of watching it live, watching the VHS tapes as a kid and rewatching it as an adult, I can recite what’s going on from a month to month basis off the top of my head. Then it’s spotty through about 2010-12 ish. 2012 to now is an absolute blur that I can’t really distinguish. Part of it is how samey WWE has been the last decade. Part of it is my general enthusiasm being down.

I'd say from 1984-2007, then it gets foggy as my interest dropped during the Benoit tragedy. Same. I found myself going from hardcore fan to casual fan at that point. Nothing felt must see anymore where almost everything felt that way prior. It’s pretty crazy to see Raw stuck in the same format all these years later. I never feel like I’m missing much since it’s rare that I hear about something interesting that I go out of my way to look for it to see it. In a way I’m kind of thankful that I haven’t been completely addicted to the product anymore. I don’t have to make arrangements around my personal life to watch stuff.

1990 to 1997.
I generally don't like the Attitude Era, so tuned out in 1998, with WCW being my jam.
Only watched 2003 full time again and have only dipped into it once in a while since.

The older I get, the more I forget. I actually attribute that to not watching my videotapes anymore.

1987 through 1998, I may study 1999 but I don't know but those are the years I truly love even though I have to suffer through 1995

I'd say 91-93. I was always more of a WCW fan, but from SummerSlam 91 through sometime in 93 I was really into the WWF.

I've been watching since the early 90's and the only real blind spot for me is probably from 05 until about half way through 08. I almost have the memory of an elephant and that period is just a complete blur for me I guess due to a combination of there being almost no turnover at or near the top of the card during that stretch and the product just not being very interesting to me. In 09 I started to get a lot more interested again and my memory is more vivid from that point on as at they at least started to get an influx of new talent in the upper midcard and main event (Sheamus, McIntyre, Ziggler, Swagger, Legacy, Kofi) and some of the main event veterans like Batista and Jericho were able to reinvent themselves with fresh and more interesting characters.

I'd say my memory from 1988 to 2006 is pretty good. From 2007 to present day it all blends together.

Late 1991 to mid-1995. 1997-2000. I remember various things in the years since, but things seem to be more forgettable every year.
I could remember an entire card from a random WWF ppv in 1992, but would struggle to remember more than 2 or 3 matches from the last Wrestlemania.

From about 1985 to 2002, its during that period I stopped watching regular so I actually have to look things up post 2002.
