Kurt Fuller is, to me, the king of "That Guy" actors.

Peter Onorati. I know I have seen him in a lot of things, but I mostly remember him as a New York cop in a 4-part episode of "Walker, Texas Ranger," as well as Andrew Keegan's character's dad in "Camp Nowhere." Also, Paul Ben-Victor. He is definitely one of those "that guy" actors. He always played a supporting role, but I always recognized him when I saw him.

Miguel Ferrer. He was always 'that guy from Robocop', but was captivating in whatever he showed up in. On the same note: Kurtwood 'Clarence Boddicker' Smith

Danny Nucci.
Always good for popping up in a 90s flick to get killed. The Rock, Titanic, Eraser, etc.

Titus Welliver. Couldn't put a name to the face for the life of me up until he became a featured star on Agents of SHIELD, but he's an amazing actor. Has his own online show, and I've been meaning to check that out. What about 'that girl'? I'm thinking a good pick is Marlo Thomas Jenifer Lewis is another good pick. Or, as she's known in most households, "the momma from [insert black TV show or movie]".

Danny Trejo used to be one of these guys. I read somewhere that Danny oftentimes will be channel surfing or whatever, see himself in a movie and say "I don't remember being in this."

We need a battle between Leon and Chadwick as to who can play the most black figures. Leon got Little Richard, Cool Runnings, and David "Ain't nobody comin' to see you, Otis!" Ruffin. Chadwick got Jackie Robinson, James Brown, and Thurgood Marshall.

There was an amazing Harry Dean Stanton quote along those lines. He got asked about a role and said he wasn't in the film. When they confirmed he was, his reaction was "**** I must have needed the money"

That Guy himself Michael Wincot. I always Mark Hard, whenever he Shows up! WINCOTT! My favorites are the bad guy in The Crow and the loopy bounty hunter in Dead Man ("Aren't you glad the sun kind of, like, sets? Imagine one minute you're riding along, it's light out and then boom! Total darkness! That'd scare the bejeezers outta me...") and I marked hard for his little cameo in the first episode of Westworld more recently.

I just recently rewatched Alien Resurrection, for the First Time since 2004, and was reminded of this Dudes underrated Skills.

Ironicaly enough, till she showed up on Bojack Horseman, I always cited "Character Actress" Margo Martindale as my Go to "That Women" Actress.
