Vote for as many as you would actually enjoy watching transpire.
I've thought for years it would be a great heel moment for someone like say, Miz, or if they're going to fully turn him, Roman Reigns, to win by default by getting number 30 and then through whatever means, the last remaining guys eliminate each other before the final entrant's countdown begins, so as soon as the numbers pop up, people know whoever's music plays is going to Wrestlemania.

Definitely a wrestler that wins the RR on his debut. When was the last time WWE made a star in his first match in the company? I would say KO, but the match against Cena was in Corpus Christi and KO went on to lose the next two matches and the feud.

On his podcast, Bruce Prichard said this was the plan for Scott Steiner in 1993, which would have been amazing since I loved the Steiners as a kid. But a combination of Vince not being sold on the idea, and Scott not wanting hurt his brother Rick's potential payday by breaking up the team for a singles run killed the deal.

The closest we had an undercard wrestler winning was Sheamus.
I hope we get a true upset someday

Braun Strowman wins the match by flipping the ring over with 10 wrestlers in it.

The first option.
Number 30 counts down with no one in the ring, thus immediately becoming the winner.
It'd be awesome if it was an underdog, someone who had absolutely no chance of winning otherwise.

I'm kinda sick of main eventers winning although if the La Parka option was the ACTUAL La Parka winning then I'd take that one.

After reading this my mind just played out a scenario like this with Brock still being champ, and Heyman cutting promos. Then Heyman turns on Brock with a cattle prod at Wrestlemania and reveals his new client, and the new Universal Champ, JAMES ELLSWORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTH!

Hell, I think Ellsworth should have beaten AJ for a brief world title win. When he hit that superkick, he should have pinned AJ.

They both look around flabbergasted as Heath Slater or Curtis Axle come out and win the Rumble. Take the Mania title shot off him through some f***ery in the interim, or do a Rocky thing and have him go the distance against someone at Mania. With two world titles you have the wiggle room to make this storyline work WITHOUT sacrificing a good main event build. It would be a lot of fun.

No. 30 winning by default would have to NOT be a babyface (so this person could properly bask in the disdain over not having "earned" their victory). The Rumble also could NOT be the final match of the evening (because a default win is an awful way to close a show). So chances are WWE would do both of those things and then wonder why everyone is shitting on their PPV.

I want a true "Surprise" winner. Kofi, Hawkins, Elias. Just freakin' anybody that hasn't been a multi-time world champ previously. Oh, and not Roman for the love of baby jesus.
But honestly my heart says the biggest swerve will be seeing a non-shield guy win it for the next 2 years.

Miz too, but that's almost too obvious. I think Gable would be a great candidate for the tossed through the middle rope, surprise elimination at the end gimmick.

It would be fun, fresh and might inspire interest in an apathetic tired and bored fanbase, which sadly is why WWE would never even think of doing it.

Curt Hawkins ends his winless streak by coming out at #30 with everyone else eliminated. kill two options with one stone.
