For me Road Dogg is an easy way to say "The Smackdown booking team since early 2017." Soemthing changed there that's this specific brand of miserable storytelling that doesn't feel quite Vincce McMahon style. He's still approving everything sure but the 2017-now SD feels like a different voice.
