It's been a minute since THIS BUSINESS showed just how ruthless it is, so this sure is something. What a sad ass run these two had together in WWE. The TM61 in TM61 stands for ThisShitIs MarleyAndMe. This is that "Zack abandons his friends for stardom on Saved By The Bell" shit.
ADDENDUM: He left to go home and be a family man. D'aw <3

Tucker (NXT UK) possibly released as well. Chinese developmental talent Taishan Dong apparently has quit.

Shane Thorne definitely had a better look to be a singles guy, but I really enjoyed The Mighty even if they were a bit lost in the shuffle.

I've been so accustomed to WWE making signings left, right and center, that it's almost surreal seeing people let go.
Also, for f***s sake, it's Christmas in about 10 days, could this not have waited another month?

I'm guessing he's just gonna rejoin the rest of TMDK that still teams up on the indies.

Maybe they'll go back to Pro Wrestling NOAH

A real shame that one of the newLegacy MVPs is gone.
But anyway, doing this shortly before Christmas is odd.

Maybe Tucker can use his new free time to find a surname.

The fact that they broke up a tag team in the release, and a third person quit (as opposed to being terminated), I'm willing to bet this was not a typical "let's trim the budget" cut.

I’d say 90% of my being upset about this is because of NL and the Freakbirds. I’m also bummed because The Mighty are talented dudes, but they never really seemed to catch on. Even before Shane Thorne got hurt and they were in the Dusty finals and whatnot, they still weren’t getting much of a crowd response.
Shane Thorne definitely always came across as the one with the personality in the group, so hopefully they can still do something with him.

I'm leery of believing anything where the sole source is that douche Rovert.

Yeah, it's potentially screwy. Though, they do also usually try not to release injured people. Or has Shane healed up already?
