Groin looks like it's going to be a recurring thing for Gary.

Groin looks like it's going to be a recurring thing for Gary. Staying @ Catcher is probably not in his long term future Most likely he is a DH/1B

He fell into that mystery spot that claimed Ozzie Smith apparently.

Wow the way Kanle is pitching, if I am Boone, let him start the 9th, stick with the hot hand. He seems to be the only pitcher that can get these Twins out.
Probably go with Britten or will either blow it or at least give me a heart attack before he closes it.
Yankees hold on, great win for them, the Yankees win the season series, so they have the tie breaker just in case they need it.

Whatever happened to Tulo? He had that strain when everyone got injured and haven’t heard anything since Tulo not doing any baseball activities? But he's the iron man of the MLB! Tulo always spends more time on the couch or in the training room than on the active roster. I'm pretty sure that guy's body is made of those thin tortilla chips.

The Rays doing their cute shit and Angel Hernandez being crew chief is a recipe for confusion and I still wonder what sort of photos Hernandez has on Manfred that he hasn't managed to get fired for excessive incompetence.

Nats turned it around after a terrible start. They need bullpen help, my fear is Rizzo is going to do something stupid and trade Kiemboom for relief help.

The Rays doing their cute shit and Angel Hernandez being crew chief is a recipe for confusion and I still wonder what sort of photos Hernandez has on Manfred that he hasn't managed to get fired for excessive incompetence. What Tampa Bay did wasn't excessively complicated. They moved their lefty reliever to first base, in the process removing the designated hitter from the Rays' lineup, then pulled their righty reliever after one batter and put the pitcher/first baseman back in the game and subbed in a new first baseman. It's the kind of s**t that is the reason why Major League Baseball is angling toward having relief pitchers throw to a certain amount of batters, but it's not overly complicated and I don't understand why the Red Sox are protesting it. However, I do understand why it took 20 minutes to figure it all out, and that answer is two words: Angel Hernandez.

Well, I was kidding. But remember Giolito?? It only took him 5 years to get good. Nats gave up another young prospect in that trade didn’t they? Reynaldo Lopez? It did take him a while, but he was a top 10 prospect when they moved him for a veteran who wasn't a main piece of their roster. It turned out bad, but it could have/should have been much worse.
