They’ve lost a lot in the last few months.
Aleister Black Ricochet Lacey Evans EC3 Nikki Cross Lars The War Raiders - aren’t they still tag champs?
I’m sure I missed someone in there. And rumors of The Undisputed Era being called up. Plus losing Champa do to injury. 😞
Hope not I still enjoy NXT still think they should merge it with 205 and give it a 90 minute - 2 hour show.

No. They're doing what they always do, and Vince is taking the top guys when he wants them, leaving Triple H and the NXT bookers to pick up the pieces.
I don't think the Undisputed Era will move up yet, simply because there's no room for a faction of four guys. Johnny and Dream are still down there, Matt Riddle is becoming a star. Dominc Dijakovic, Eric Bugenhagen, Damien Priest, Kushida and Keith Lee are among those who look like they'll get pushed into the vacant spots.
There are no rumours of Shayna Baszler or Bianca Belair being called up, and I'm sure NXT will be the next stop for Rhea Ripley and Toni Storm before too much longer.
It's developmental. This is what it's for. Sadly, the way those guys are then used on the main roster is outside of Triple H's control.

Nah, these purges happen quite frequently and they always manage to re-stock. Kushida, Dream, Dijak, Riddle, Lee, among others are there to hold down the fort.

Think of it like college basketball or football. Players leave for the pros and new kids come in.

I’m assuming THE VIKING EXPERIENCE is staying in NXT at least till their next Takeover and then dropping the belts right?
Losing those guys, Ricochet & Black will be a big loss but I’m sure they will rebuild they always do.

NXT seems to go through these periods where the roster appears thinned out, only to end up having no (or limited) negative impact on the overall quality of the product.

While I think overall you're right, I still don't think their women's division has recovered yet from losing a bunch of people previously.

Far from it
They always rebuild when losing talent
For now at least they still have Gargano, UE, Dream etc on the men side and they know what to do since they been there a few years
The women side has women who are due to get on TV or get more exposure like a Mia Yim who is now getting more TV time

As Triple H has said multiple times in the past, Vince could call up literally everyone you see on TV right now, and NXT would be fine. He's got another 50 wrestlers at the PC training and ready to go, and more coming in behind them.

The whole point of a developmental league is to develop for the main shows.

This is NXT doing what it's meant to do. Develop talent then feed them to the main roster.

Only a few people are meant to stay in NXT for the journey but the job is to develop talent and bring them up

Thing is, development is better than the main roster and has been for years now.

Now the fact that there’s no continuity between the two, especially when you’d think you’d need that to get network subscriptions on the other hand? BIG problem with that.
