I do think it was shitty to counter program a charity show.
I also have no problems with the shots at WWE as long as they're not overdone.

There we go. They got their shot at WWE in so the quota is filled. At least they didn't say the name or anything Honestly I had no idea what that line was supposed to mean. Haven't kept up with WWE so I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for this board lol

They replaced BANG with BOING, but we are all saying SHOTS FIRED at WWE anyway.

Kenny Omega realizing (or perhaps the Young Buck who told him) that ending the gun violence charity show with a catchphrase involving BANG was a bad idea.

I think it was pretty handily the weakest AEW show so far, but I still can't really say much bad about it beyond the Page and Dark Order stuff. I'd probably have a much higher opinion of the show if I rewatched the last few matches later, that Page borefest just murdered my interest in this show. That Adam Page stuff was probably the first major misstep that AEW's had. I literally couldn't watch the rest of the show properly I was so bored after that. Disagree immensely, best pre-show of any show, and the last three matches more than made up for the Page shit, and the matches before it were solid too. I think this is better than Fyterfest.

"not even half this match has elapsed" f***ING HELL MARVEZ YOU DON'T SAY SHIT LIKE THAT Yeah, like, I realize that what he meant was "half the time limit has elapsed, the match could go another 30 minutes", but I was sitting there thinking "he didn't just spoil the match, did he?" Marvez is inoffensive, but he needs to shape up right quick if they're gonna position him as one of the lead announcers.

Honestly, classy of them to change up his catch phrase for this show. Respected it.

Show seemed a little bit more hapzard to me: JR missing cues and not knowing where to go, Jericho forgetting to cut his promo (according to da meltz),etc.

I think it's about even, but leaning Fyter Fest due to Darby/Cody and Moxley/Janela.

Agreed with that except the match before Page was bad too. That Uno dude sucks hard.

Weakest of the 3 shows so far but still damn entertaining. Kinda liked that house show feeling at the end not realizing they were in fact still on air lol

Which is kinda like airing an old rerun of Small Wonder to counter program Stranger Things.
