Man of Steel: Instead of Zod we have Lex Luthor (Bryan Cranston) as the villain, throughout the movie he taunts Superman about how despite everything he's done so far Supes can't or won't lay a finger on him due to Lex not having any powers.
By the climax Lex has freed a small Arny of Kryptonian criminals in stasis from a downed spaceship he found and used Kryptonite technology to build weapons including his green and purple armour.
Superman and Luthor have a drag out slobber knocker of a brawl but Lex is beaten (not killed) when he along with the escaped criminals are pulled into a Phantom Zone vortex that Lex has opened to try and get rid of Superman
Mid credit scene: Another pod with the S shield crashes to Earth with a blonde girl coming out of it
End credit scene: We see someone watching the news about Superman in a darkened cave with other monitors showing the news around the US and the world about other strange occurrences like a red blur stopping a bank robbery in Central City, a bright green light seen in Coast City, mysterious Warrior Woman sighted again, Billionaire Oliver Queen found alive after being lost for five years etc.
We see it's Bruce Wayne in the cape putting the cowl on and saying "Alfred, I might have to pay a visit to Metropolis in the near future"

This is something I've been thinking about a lit, lately. I think, even though it's kind of cheap, I'd group the movies in phases like Marvel, with distinct goals for each phase. And I'd make an effort to not have it be three years between my first two movies. Phase One: Five movies, four building to the fifth, with only one origin story. Man of Steel: Luthor is in the background here, building up to him becoming a threat later on. Keep Zod as the villain, because why not? I'm not keen on much of Superman's villain roster. Key change here is no Jonathan Kent. We've seen him die so many times, it's like Batman's parents or Uncle Ben. Focus the story on Superman vs. Zod. However... {Spoiler}In the stinger, Lex is seen collecting a sample of blood from the battle... The Batman: I'd keep Affleck in the role, with the villain being The Falcone family. Not an origin story, but we get Year One elements, as no supervillains currently exist in Gotham. But we will have a fight scene early on featuring a thug getting knocked into a vat of chemicals. {Spoiler}The stinger is a news report about a new villain terrorizing the city, leaving playing cards as his trademark. But then we cut away, revealing that Luthor has been watching this on the news. Wonder Woman: Our origin story. I would keep it the same, but instead of framing it with Bruce Wayne sending Diana a photograph, I'd have her discover it in a museum. At the end of the movie, she learns that the photo is property of Wayne Enterprises. {Spoiler}For the stinger, Lex Luthor calls a Dr. Doris Zeul, telling her he's familiar with her unusual problem and maybe they can help each other. Batman vs Superman: Clark Kent is visiting Gotham as part of reporters conference, along with Lois. He sees a mugging and goes to stop it as Superman. Batman shows up and we get some banter between the two. Later, The Joker makes his first appearance in Gotham, looking for Batman. Superman arrives and saves Batman, but The Joker escapes. He kidnaps Lois, leading to a battle with Superman. Eventually, our two heroes manage to defeat The Joker and save Lois. At the end of the movie, Diana shows up at Wayne Manor, in possession of the photo from her movie. {Spoiler}The stinger sees Lex Luthor in a lab. He says he knows what he needs to wipe out Superman for good. Pan out and we see a body lying on a table, with ivs pumping colored liquids into it. The body is wearing a suit similar to Superman's. Dawn of Justice: We pick up where BvS left off, with Diana confronting Bruce about where he got the photo. He says he bought it from a billionaire based out of Metropolis. Lex Luthor announces he intends to run for President in two years' time. Clark tries to expose him as still being a criminal, but Luthor foils a crime committed by a giant woman, with the help of Superman. With this endorsement, Luthor gets a ton of support. Superman contacts Batman, saying they need to meet. Diana arrives in Metropolis to find Luthor. They have a meeting where he reveals that he knows the location of Themyscira. Superman explains to Batman that Luthor made a clone of him to get good press for himself. Wonder Woman reveals herself to the pair, saying that they have to take Luthor down. They battle his forces and defeat the Superman clone, who mutates during the fight, and Wonder Woman knocks out Giganta, reverting her to normal size. Luthor, however, is able to avoid detection. In a time skip, it's been three years since Lex became President. Bruce Wayne announces that he is lending financial support to a rival candidate for next year... {Spoiler}Bruce meets with his candidate: Governor Amanda Waller. If people are interested enough, I'd be happy to sketch out my Phase 2.

Hell Superman in the Justice League cartoon had both adoptive parents alive. If anything we don't need to see the death of krypton outside of maybe a recap during the opening credits.

Man of Steel: Only slight alterations, here. Pa Kent is more Field of Dreams Costner. Smash fewer occupied buildings. Different actress as Lois. Brighter color pallet.
Wonder Woman is the same, minus the BvS tie-in crap.
Aquaman is the same, minus Justice League tie-in crap.
Burn the rest.

Most people seemed to be disappointed in Steppenwolf as the big bad in JL.... who should've been the big bad? I'm not as familiar with DC as I am Marvel (and even that is really MCU only) Starro could have ben interesting. A giant monster that was able to control people's minds. Hell, you could even have him being the instigator of the Batman vs. Superman thing with Superman being controlled and Batman having to think of ways to beat Superman and Starro alongside the Justice League. Also, keep Shazam exactly as it is, but have it be the Seven Deadly Enemies of Mankind instead of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Okay, so it's my turn to put up or shut up.
I'm also going to borrow the Phase model. I think it's stupid that WB was so insistent on "We're doing it different from Marvel!" Who cares? If the movie itself is good, people won't care that the skeletal structure of the franchise is the same. Most people don't even think about this kind of shit.
Phase 1: Start establishing the world.
Superman: The Man of Steel
You flat out tell people this is a Superman movie. Personally I think Henry Cavill got a bum rap three times in a row, so I'm keeping him in the role. You establish the origin in the opening credits without words. People don't need them. You can even have Superman defeating Lex (Bryan Cranston, I mean, c'mon, he's perfect) and Lex is taken to jail. Instead of establishing an origin, you tell the story of Lois discovering that Clark is Superman and the big romantic beat is her self-deprecating on how she was such an idiot for letting his glasses fool her.
The heart of the story is Lois and Clark, the villain can be any regular Superman monster created by LexCorp, Metallo, it doesn't really matter. Rather than a big destruction porn fireworks show, you do a personal one on one fight. The mid-credits teases Brainiac watching the fight and studying Kal-El, also show that he has Kandor in his collection. End credits is Lex is released from jail.
Wonder Woman
There really isn't any need to change this movie at it's core. Drop the Bruce and Diana friendship for now, I like the idea proposed by another person in this thread that she discovers the photo in a museum owned by Wayne Enterprises, so do that. Actually one change, show Steve Trevor surviving, thanks to Diana saving him from the explosion, this establishing her ability to fly. End-credits is Diana in modern day at the UN, there's whispers about a bank heist or something and the final shot is Wonder Woman flying off to deal with them. Another feel good ending. My goal is either the main film or post-credits gives you a good feeling when you leave.
The Batman This one is trickier, I think that you want to have Bruce in his late thirties, early forties because you want someone who's going to stick around for awhile, but you also want to do stuff with Robins. Casting Batman is tough too, but I guess I'll pick an older and a younger option. You can go Armie Hammer or Colin Farrell. In terms of story, I would do something like Hush with alterations to make it smaller. None of the Metropolis stuff and you downplay the Catwoman romance to a few scenes just hinting that there's more to come if the audience reacts well. You can have Nightwing in here maybe make him 17-18, again I know it's still weird with Batman being younger, you kind of just have to roll with it. Jason is dead, but don't beat people over the head with it like they do in Hush. Just hint at it. People who know Jason's story will tell people who don't. Mid-credits is Bruce and Dick attending a Gotham Academy event, make it science or martial arts, Bruce is scouting Tim Drake. Your end-credits scene can be of lightning striking and you see Jason's tombstone. You can also establish some castings of Batman villains and do a gratuitous cameo shot in the Asylum, just so you have some more toys to play with in the future.
The World's Finest or DC's Trinity Now that you've set up the three pillars. You've earned a little crossover. This can be an original story like Wonder Woman and Superman, you don't need to adapt much here. Your villains are a restored Ares, Lex and Ra's al Ghul. Lex and Ra's are responsible for reviving Ares, both with their own reasons. Eventually they're going to turn on one another, so the motivations of Lex and Ra's can be like Lex wants to use Ares as a weapon against Superman, Ra's wants to use him to start World War III to wipe out large populations. At one point in the movie, Ares manipulates Bruce and Clark into a fight that Diana breaks up, giving you that Batman vs Superman appetizer for a future film. Really this is your first taste of a crossover and by having the Trinity established, you've built the goodwill to make your billion dollar mark. In the mid-credits you do a fun thing with Clark, Bruce and Diana to show they're good friends, in this scene they talk about how there are more out there just like them. In the end credits scene, you do a bit where a red blur stops a crime in Central City.
The Flash Flash does an origin montage that's narrated. I know that at this point that many people are aware of Barry's origin via the TV show, but this is going to tighten it up a little. This is your action-comedy movie. For Barry, I'm picking Hunter Parrish from Weeds. Villains are The Rogues, so the stakes are lower and again more contained to hero vs villains as opposed to disaster porn, though you can have some fun destruction beats via Captain Cold freezing and breaking stuff. In this movie you establish that there was an original Flash in Jay Garrick, and you even have a Flash museum dedicated to him. Jay disappeared in the Speed Force like 30 years before the events of this film. You also establish Barry's ensemble in Wally and Iris. Flash handles The Rogues and they go to jail. Mid-credits, Wally does a science experiment and gets struck by the lightning and the shot closes on Wally's eyes surging with energy as he smiles. End credits is set with another lightning strike, so you think it's a Flash related incident, but it actually turns out to be the arrival of J'onn J'onzz. He scares the scientist who accidentally brought J'onn to Earth into a heart attack, as the weakened Martian Manhunter tries to tell him that "they" are coming, meaning the White Martians.
DC's Dawn of Justice You do not call this Justice League! The Justice League will be your big celebratory film in Phase 2. This movie brings Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern together. Hal, played by Brett Dalton, comes in early trying to stop the oncoming White Martian invasion but is shot down above the atmosphere and eventually he joins the team, he hints at things that will come in his first movie. This movie is an adaption of the first episode of Justice League, with a tiny bit taken from The New Frontier. The invasion began way back in the 1950s and we have some scientists that are preparing Earth for the main force to arrive, which is where we find Batman already on the case. The climax of the movie is Superman taking out the mothership but going down into the ocean. This is where we lift a scene from The New Frontier, where Aquaman and his people make themselves known to the surface world, bringing Superman back to them safe and sound. Mid-credits is The Watchtower being established in orbit and we get the fun line of Flash asking the team, "What do we call ourselves, The Super Friends?" Superman smiles and says, "I have a better idea." End scene. The end credits scene is of The Monitor watching all this on a screen, frowning and uttering, "They are not ready yet."
That's your Phase 1. I enjoyed this, so I'd also be up for doing Phase 2 if anyone likes this.
