IMPACT WRESTLING NEWS AND NOTES
By Mike Johnson on 2019-09-24 16:09:00
The current plan is to provide some sort of Impact Wrestling on The Pursuit Channel going forward, but nothing has been confirmed in terms of those plans.
Nolan Edwards, an independent wrestler from Tenneseee, has been hired to join the company's production team. On his Facebook page, Edwards wrote, "Over the past month I’ve had an amazing experience going to Las Vegas one weekend and Oklahoma City the next for IMPACT Wrestling. Now it looks like today on only 2 days notice I’ve packed up everything I own into my truck and I’m heading down to Nashville for the time being to take on a roll with the Impact Wrestling Production Team following our deal with AXS TV. It’s going to be hard leaving the school in Windsor where all of my closest friends are. As I was leaving yesterday I got a little emotional when I realized that I’m going to be going to a new school and new shows when I feel like Windsor made me truly feel like a pro wrestler for the first time. But here we go, to more experience and the opportunity of a life time."
There's been a number of former production employees who have reached out to the company in the last 24 hours offering their assistance if needed in the wake of the departures of Kevin Sullivan, Jim Morris and others who are AEW-bound.
There's a lot of excitement about AXS TV among those in the company. They should be happy as it's the biggest thing to happen to Impact since Anthem usurped the company from Dixie Carter.
Impact will continue to stream its episodes weekly on Twitch,

Good that it will continue streaming on twitch and the talent are excited for the AXS move.
Interesting to see that a lot of former TNA production employees reaching out the company, after Dixie and the Harris Twins got rid of due to "complaining about late paychecks".
