It was a great and fun season. I thought the actor that plays Robin looked familiar, yet I had not seen any of the other things she has appeared in. What I should of looked up is a biography and not her filmography... she looks just like a teenage version of her mother. But you can totally see her father, too.

Just finished it. Planned on binging but actually managed to restrain myself with one episode a day and I am glad I did.
It kinda got off to a bad start with Mike and Eleven. I am all for being in love and making out all the time but their shitty attitude towards their friends kinda pissed me off. Then again I never did like seeing people in love when I am single myself. That said I felt so sorry for Mike when she went away in the end.
Dustin was his usual kick ass self. Funny and resourceful and I never doubted Suzie was real. Speaking of Suzie I wonder if I was the only one to find her more charming and funny in her one scene than Erica was in all of hers.
Poor Will, it truly does suck when you grow past childish things. I hope the not liking girls comment does not lead to Will being gay as they probably will not have the balls to explore that properly with characters that age.
Max killed it in her scenes with Eleven. Opening her up more to the outside world. Though she is awfully cynical for someone her age.
And token black kid does not get much to work with as usual. I can seriously not remember his name as I write this.
Poor Alexei. What a horrible time to die. The man just wanted the freedom to be happy and content.
As a huge fan of the 80's all the pop culture references and product placements had me squirming with delight. Especially the audience watching Back to the Future with such sheer joy on their faces.
This season was certainly a gore mongers wet dream come true.
I liked Eleven being more vulnerable this season rather than being teen Supergirl. Others getting to save her for a change was a nice touch.
All in all a top notch season. Bring on 4.

This season was so much fun and better than season 2. Man, this show really makes me wish I could spend a day in the 80s, but no Google would drive me nuts. As someone who lived through those 80's, trust me when I say you really don't want to. Besides, the best parts of the 80's are still accessible today. You like the music? That's easy to find. You like the TV shows? Hulu and Netflix has most of them. You like the toys and video games? There are tons of second market and replica markets online that sell all of those things.

That actually fits with my head canon about what happened at the end. - They showed Russian workers eyeballing Hopper and the device, so they definitely had the time to snag him. - Murray demonstrated some serious counter-espionage skills. I wonder if he was offered a chance to be on the inside of some of the government secrets he was so worried about. After all, Chernobyl was right around the corner and the USSR was on the verge of collapse. It was a scary time to be alive as suddenly a bunch of people had the Soviets armory at their disposal.
