Same as the old Brock...
RAW is live tonight from Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York, as we go through the fallout from Extreme Rules, and head on the road to Toronto for SummerSlam on August 11th.
Once again, Brock Lesnar is the WWE Universal Champion. Following the main event where Seth Rollins was reeling from seeing Baron Corbin give Becky Lynch the End of Days, the Beast Incarnate pounced, cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase and hitting Rollins with the F5 to win the title for the third time, avenging his loss to Rollins at WrestleMania 35. It appears as though the Beast Slayer will have to slay again, but with rematches supposedly difficult to obtain within WWE, how will he get his chance to claim the title back?
Although Rollins and Lynch won the Winner Takes All Match, and therefore shutting Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans out of title contention, what shape is The Man in after being planted with End of Days? Although Evans can't now capitalise, you'd have to think that Becky is the worse for wear, and therefore now is the perfect time for a new challenger to emerge. But who is in position to do so? Could Alexa Bliss possibly shift focus over to Becky having once again lost out on dethroning Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Title? Will Nikki Cross go over her friend's head for a shot? Or will it be someone new?
The Club now has possession of the United States Championship, as the hot potato of the WWE is now with AJ Styles, with the Phenomenal One claiming it from Ricochet last night. Styles is now backed up by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, so the potato might cool down from now on - much like with Rollins, will Ricochet find it difficult in getting a rematch for the title?
Roman Reigns may have finally put his rivalry with Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre to bed, as he scored a tag team win over them last night alongside The Undertaker. So what's next for the Big Dog heading towards SummerSlam - will there be a marquee match in place? May he possibly renew acquaintances with Brock Lesnar now that the Beast has the Universal Title again - a belt Roman never really lost?
Also, who's next for The Revival? Will R-Truth finally track down Drake Maverick for the 24/7 Title? Will Bray Wyatt actually appear in-ring? All this and more from 8/7c tonight on USA!
