A big question is if his(?) lawyers have enough to get an injunction before the XFL season is supposed to start...

Odd. Vince opened a new, private company (Alpha Entertainment) for the revived XFL, I imagine so any losses it takes will be his personally, not WWE's. The original XFL was a division of WWE, and its failure cut the company's profit in 2000-01 by tens of millions.

Don’t get too attached...
Of course, it’s the XFL. So that shouldn’t be a problem.

The ride with Barret was so hilarious when I first saw it in FF7.

Yeh that sounds something like Vince(And honestly many giant companies) would do.

If he can prove it... IF then this is a huge deal. Most people fully expect XFL to fail, because everybody other tha Vince knows it will. Diverting funds from a profitable publicly shared company to a non shared company violates so many laws. More than Im smart enough to detail.

I refuse to believe Vince McMahon would be involved in shady business practices!

If there is weight to this, WWE's not gonna like what comes of it, this could be a legit firestorm.

If the XFL goes pear shaped, Vince will sell a bunch of WWE stock to cover his losses, then make heavy cuts on the WWE to increase the profit margins up as he did when the XFL and WBF failed. The money won't be coming directly from WWE finances, and I think that will be the difference.
They should have waited until the inevitable unpaid crosspromotion to try and help the XFL's ratings.
