Gail is probably gonna make herself the top face and champion of this promotion.

I just have a concern that even with the names involved, and especially with Gail Kim's link to TV, that no TV network has picked it up. Getting flashbacks to Nigel McGuinness and LA Fights, and even the dreaded Wrestling Revolution Project. Plus there's not exactly a wealth of free female wrestlers out there that aren't on the radar of WWE or AEW. Wrestling Revolution was the first thing that came to mind when reading this. I’m not optimistic, but I thought I was being realistic when I had some doubts about the Elite pulling off All In. Of course it’s tough to capture lightning in a bottle twice too.

All the best to them. Won't personally be touching anything Kim is part of with a 10-foot pole, but all the best to them regardless.

I tend to back wrestling stuff on Kickstarter, but I think I'm going to support this one from a distance. We shall see...

Plus there's not exactly a wealth of free female wrestlers out there that aren't on the radar of WWE or AEW. Who's even out there that isn't attached to a big promotion, that can be the top star for the company? Tessa's the biggest name not with WWE or AEW, but they ain't winning a bidding war against Anthem for her. Do they try to get somebody retired from WWE? Even if they do, most are on Legends deals and don't wrestle unless it's in a WWE ring in a battle royal or Royal Rumble. Do they try to get Teal Piper? WOW promoted her heavily, and she was only in the last episode. Do they try to get Mickie when she's done? They could, but she's got the commentating gig right now, and with a family having that steady source of income from WWE is good, also she'd just join her husband in NWA.

I don't think this campaign is gonna work. I'm always in to back something wrestling related, but seeing the rewards - there has to be something I kinda want. Just throw out some signed 8x10s, action figures... some "cheaper" stuff for the masses. Lita could offer some signed CDs by her band. Who's interested in a poster signed by the production team? Unless they get one big sponsor, this is doomed.

Considering the amount of people in WWE basically praising this idea and promoting it, this might get more traction as time goes by.

If I donate 10,000 $ do I still get to be a character, which is only 6000 $ ? With 10k, it only promises "executive producer treatment" - I'm not sure what the heck it means, it sounds absolutely horrendous and awful experience! ' would love to eat some Steve (e: * Robert, lol!) Irvine's cheese hassle potatoes, regardless.

It is not even that I think it is a bad idea or that they would do a bad job.
But the market is SO full right now.You are better off trying to ally yourself with NWA/ROH/IMPACT

Meanwhile, women's wrestling companies like Rise are folding because of lack of monetary support from fans. And they don't ask for $400,000 to do one show. Gail Kim is a TNA hall of famer, easily 200,000 $ goes there. Cuisine you're served seems top notch. This is the first dish that popped when googling Robert Irvine's restaurants.

I wish them well, but I don't really understand the concept. That's the other thing, I couldn't tell you what this is supposed to be. Is it a show about a woman who does underground wrestling? Is it an actual wrestling promotion? What's going on here? The vision is unclear.

I liked the video they made, but it sure is a lot of guys behind the scenes. I would imagine a female run show about female wrestling would want to have more females helping make it. Oh well.
I also liked Hemme's pitch, but Dumas and Kim felt kind of forced.
