No surprise. He's given props to Cody on his promos

Real question is: What doesn't The Rock do? #TEAMMJF #TEAMBRINGIT #2024 #ALLOUT

Unsurprising, given he's mentioned watching NWA when it debuted, so I mean, it'd be weird if he didn't at least check out AEW to some extent.
It wouldn't be Rock to do it for a number of reasons, but I wonder if the day will come when an Anoa'i ends up in AEW, or if the loyalty would be too powerful, considering the relationship between WWE and Anoa'i clan is obviously a long and fruitful one. The Usos renewed, so I feel like it'd be what, Jacob Fatu maybe as the best chance of it? MLW's obviously treated him well, but I can imagine his time there has to have more days behind it than in front of it.

I mean, it'd be cool. Honestly, though, I feel like if he does leave MLW whenever his time with them is up, he's got his pick of just about anywhere to go, so that'll be interesting.

The Rock has clearly always never stopped being a fan of wrestling. I remember him tweeting about being a fan of Kevin Steen back when he was in ROH

The Rock is watching a lot more wrestling than people might think. He loves the business and is constantly giving props to people.

I honestly think that he’ll make an appearance in AEW at some point, even if to just hype a movie and do a quick spot to pop the crowd. What’s the WWE going to do? They need him more than he needs them.

Pretty obvious answer really, he's put them over a fair few times.

They need him more than he needs them. Yea, idk about that That dude is too busy to even appear on WWE. It would have to be right place and right time for Rock to appear like when WWE was in Brooklyn and he was filming I don't see him going out his way to do this just because he has no time to do so

He’s clearly never stopped being a fan of wrestling. And that’s cool. I think for a time he definitely shyed away from it. Since around 2011, he's always been open about it and even contributes in the Performance Centre when he has time. His daughter being a wrestler probably has a big part in this aswell.

I don’t much expect him to show up to wrestle or anything, but to hype up a movie, sure.

It was a conscious decision to distance himself from it when he was trying to make his way through Hollywood amidst uncertainty but the telling part is now that he’s found absolute and utter success, he boasts and so openly talks and flaunts about it.

The only way I see The Rock appearing is if TNT works with him on something and even that is a stretch

I don't think it will ever happen while his kid is at the PC. If anyone in the world knows how petty WWE can be....
