Once WWEs audience stops watching, they don't start again.

Shows aren't good. If anything they're ok to boring, and in that setting and with these restrictions, it's just not keeping fans.
The only ones to see any sort of rebound have been AEW and NXT. RAW and Smackdown keep slowly falling down. There's no Draft excuse this week for Smackdown. The fact of the matter is, the shows aren't keeping fans, they might not come back, this may very well only get worse, and if what's going to "Fix it" is getting live crowds back? Then they beter strap in because that's not going to happen any time soon and look like any sort of good PR.
I know Florida has been toying with the idea of 25% spaced out occupancy for sporting events, but it isn't confirmed and even if it is approved... they'd show how desperate they were to take that, and it probably wouldn't help them.
Overall this is a mess of the situation, and it was happening way before the pandemic as people already said here. This just sped the process up.

I've not heard about the spaced out crowd thing but I'd say a scattering of fans in the PC would make it look worse. Like it was a small time indie in a high school gym with like 50 tickets sold.

Believe it's been mentioned that if any WWE show gets fans first, it'll be NXT at Full Sail with about a quarter (maybe less) of how many they normally let in. Right now the much debated suggestions haven't been approved as of yet.

It's something the geniuses in the Florida government have thought would be okay. Jim Ross for his part said that AEW wouldn't even consider something like that until June or July at the earliest. Haven't heard anything about WWE thinking about it either. Let's hope both companies keep some common sense regarding that.
