Weird that Brock was in a Mania main event alone before that happened. That would have been an odd way to end the show if Seth hadn't cashed in. Still it wouldn't be the weirdest thing...I mean, Triple H ended WM20 laying down and tapping out. Or it was all Stevie Richards.

Could it be that they want it to seem like Seth beat Brock that night to bury Brock a bit? If I wanted to bury Reigns I would make sure to show Seth pinning him.

It's to show Seth beating Brock. He's in a feud with the one other man to "slay the beast".
If I'm without my top star for the foreseeable future then yeah I'm not talking about him for a bit. Why focus on the fact you don't have your top guy?

Why focus on the fact you don't have your top guy? But why not use the footage of Seth actually pinning Brock at Wrestlemania instead?

I don't understand how it's a burial though. The guy ran in at the end of the match and won over the two guys who had beaten each other silly. They definitely don't look weaker than him for it. Why focus on the fact you don't have your top guy? It was from a list about the top MITB cash ins. If they'd really wanted to put over how Rollins had beaten Lesnar, then they have better footage of that actually happening from last year. Also Reigns and Goldberg "slayed the beast" too but I guess we're all just pretending those didn't happen either now. Plus WWE never pretended that Steve Austin or John Cena didn't exist for the periods when they was out. It's an absurd business move to try and completely whitewash a top talent like that. What's to gain from confusing your audience by trying to rewrite history that they can easily verify in a few minutes from a trip to the WWE Network, or literally anywhere else?
