I feel that they take the wildest criticisms towards them and the most irrational responses to the criticism and marries them. We end up in a back and forth we shouldn't even be having. Like nobody is learning anything. The most basic proven concepts that work seem be beneath who makes decisions. Maybe it's a byproduct of always trying to create new intellectual property and a narrative you can control. It's not Seth's fault he was put into that situation, but constantly trying to find a way to not say my bosses are lucky idiots who keep trying to make us turn shit into sugar has warped our sense of reality. What has being a wrestling fan done to my brain.
Like we could say the matches against the Fiend are his opponents worst fear realized. Should the Fiend always win? No. Should his opponent always come out if the match changed? It could be a cool way to update his opponent's gimmick. It doesn't have to be red lights or Cena's Firefly Funhouse match. But something tailored to the Fiend's opponent. It should never be that shit that happened with Goldberg.
*edit* Had to edit some typos. Me and spell check seem to be in an Sheamus/Del Rio infitity feud.

Seth Rollins stated in an interview... duude, then "Magic" Mark Hurr goes and makes my goofy fun-post look even more fluffy by cutting to the quick of their PR Smokescreen Technique -- I feel that they take the wildest criticisms towards them and the most irrational responses to the criticism a marry them. We end up in a back and forth we shouldn't even be having. That's Gold, Jerry! GOLD! We need a name for this technique so we can just cut around it in the future.

Was WWE trying to take food off of Seth's table?!

Nobody told him to be overly defensive of WWE in public and then compare bank accounts with other wrestlers...

I think if Seth had spent less time being an overt bootlicker for WWE, he wouldn't have found himself in that position. True, the actual booking up to and at HIAC would've sunk anyone, but Seth spent MONTHS going to bat for the company, bragging about his bank account size and labeling footnote PPVs as "the best wrestling on the planet." If you readily and publicly label yourself a company man, don't be surprised if the company takes advantage of that.
To put it more succinctly, LMAO what a bitch.

I mean, to a degree, sure. But people were already over your pompous ass by the time Hell In A Cell happened. This was just the cherry on the shit sundae.

He kind was wasn't he? The writers came up with the horrific story and the 2836 finisher no sell bullshit and the stoppage and he was the one who had to absorb all the boos and everyone turned against him as if it was all his idea.

Yep. Fiend should've just beat him here. Should've beaten Goldberg too.

There's a lot of things and people I like in WWE. Seth Rollins hasn't been one for a while and every time he says some dumb f***ing thing like this he becomes even less of one.

Rollins is learning when you make yourself company man, it giveth and it taketh even when it isn't really his fault. That means being the scapegoat for things under the assumption you'll carry the burden for everyone else like a good soldier would.

He can’t be that shocked, since they did the same basic shit at a house show in Calgary weeks before. Not a Cell match, but 8 or so stomps and a 5 count in the ropes stoppage

He still had to take all the anger for other people's stupid ideas as if it was his fault.

Maybe people did but I didn’t see it and if they did, they’re not worth listening to anyway.

Yeah I didn't agree with it either but he was definitely the scapegoat for the fans to shit on as a way of telling the writers they suck. So much so that it basically led to his heel turn now.
