I try looking on YouTube for commercials from the past that I have been wanting to watch again. I know that there are commercial compilation videos and sometimes old commercials even appear on uploads of TV shows and TV movies that the person who uploaded them forgot to edit out. I even noticed that in videos of wrestling shows like Wrestling Challenge and Superstars. I cannot complain about the inclusion of ads because they bring back memories and some are of commercials that I have a hard time finding on YouTube.
But other times I try to look up the compilation videos and be specific and still cannot find them. Here are my picks.
1. I don't remember what this commercial was for, probably something to do with loaning money or something. What happened in it was that this guy called his parents and acted like a kidnapper and told his parents to leave money somewhere and not to go to the police. The mother asks to hear if he was okay and then the guy talks in his normal voice and says that he is fine, just scared. Then he reverts back to the kidnapper voice and says "Alright, mama's boy, back in the cage!" and then hangs up. I think it was from 1999.
2. It was a jeans commercial. This attractive teenage girl was getting ready and then her mom tells her to go walk the dog, to which she reluctantly agrees. The dog pulls her along for the ride and then comes across a seemingly-attractive guy, but then shows his lack of game when he says "Is this your dog?" The girl then has a WTF look on her face when she looks at the camera. Probably around the same time. I think it was late-1990s, 2000 tops.
3. A Foster Farms commercial with those two chickens. It was one when they were in a kiddie pool trying to marinate themselves with either chocolate syrup or barbecue sauce. Then all of a sudden, these two hick guys pull up in a pickup truck. The boy says "Daddy, those chickens are in our pool!" And the older man says "Not for long, Lenny!" and pulls out a shotgun, causing the two chickens to get out and start running.
There are a lot more. Some I may even have to look on old record tapes I have. I just need to hook up my VCR and hope that my tapes still work.
Any examples on your end?

I'm pretty sure there was a mop ad where either Teemu Selänne or Jari Kurri (or both of 'em actually) used it like a hockey stick and said (with translation) "With Sini, Cleanin' Goes By!" in the 90s.

This is going to sound like a creepypasta, but it isn't. This actually aired and I've never been able to find out anything else about it. ABC, mid-90's, somewhere around primetime but possibly post-watershed. There was a commercial that I remember vividly. This little bassinet on a rotating platform, lit up but everything was greyscale. After a few rotations, the bassinet began to fall apart, with the camera coming in close to show it in detail. After a little bit of this, the camera pulled back to show the bassinet in basically a rotting state. This was accompanied by some pretty creepy music. No explanation for it or anything. Only saw it the once.
There's another one they showed twice, but all I clearly remember about that one was the creepy sounds in the background. There was possibly a couch and some glowy slimy thing moving, possibly on a wall, behind it. Little Rave was more easily scared than I am now and would cover her eyes when it was shown, that's how I can only remember the sounds clearly. Also aired in the same timeframe and on the same network, also have never been able to find anything else about it.
EDIT: So I tried Googling the first one yet again after posting this...and actually found it. While I remember it being creepier and still have no idea why it was shown as a commercial with no context or branding whatsoever in the middle of a completely unrelated block of programming, the first one is actually a sequence from the Oprah special "About Us: the Dignity of Children" that aired in that timeframe. The second one I still have no idea about, though I wouldn't be shocked if it was from that too, I didn't look too closely at the rest.

The theater trailer/PSA where a smoker gets water dumped on him, or gets sprayed down by a fire extinguisher.
Was sad when it didn't show up on the Oddity Archive covering that topic.

There was a soft drink ad (possibly Sprite) that had an XFL parody called the "XGA" (which had wrestlers beating up golfers on the field). It aired around 2001, just as the XFL went under, but I havent been able to find it now.

Mid-80s, during Prime Time Wrestling, they aired a commercial for, I think, a line of designer bras. Accompanied by children's song/nursery rhyme "Did You Ever See a Lassie?", the commercial was essentially 30 seconds of breast shots. I only saw this commercial once.
Another commercial I only saw once, around 1989/90, on late night TV. A diet pill called Expan-tabs or something similar. The gist was you swallow the pill, and when it got to your stomach it released an expanding foam, filling your stomach and making you feel "full" so you ate less. The animation in the commercial showed it expanding to fill roughly 50% of the stomach. The two of us watching this commercial would have been around 14 at the time, and even we could see that this pill was a lawsuit waiting to happen.

There is a diaper commercial from the early 2000s with babies crawling around and "The Power" by Snap is playing. Notably the "it's getting, it's getting, its getting kinda heavy" part. My wife mentioned this to me years ago and wanted me to find it. I vaguely remember it, but we cannot find evidence of it outside of a couple old message board posts with people off-hand referencing it from 15 years or more ago.

There was a really great commercial for the Special Olympics back around 2000-2001 that I wish I could find. It shows several Special Olympians, looking over their shoulders at the camera, all saying the same phrase "This is my back". Until the final moments of the ad when one the Special Olympians says "This is my back...and that's all you're gonna see". It was a really kick ass, and empowering, message. Unfortunately, it was taken off the air pretty quickly because some people saw it as a "you're not laughing with them, you're laughing at them" situation.

A dumb one to add, but oh well - early to mid 90s Gillette commercial. No story or characters in it, was mostly just close-ups of some new razor model they were promoting. What set it apart in my memory was the usual Gillette song was done completely as a very stirring bass-heavy instrumental that almost sounded like it belonged more in a movie training montage scene. Would love to hear it again to see if it still sounds as epic as I thought it did back then.

Molson Canadian. It was a guy hunting in winter, and a beaver catches him in a trap. No More Mr. Nice Guy by Alice Cooper starts playing and the beaver starts laughing and celebrating.

I’ve looked for this since the start of the pandemic... There was a PSA that aired probably in the mid-late 80s teaching kids about the importance of hand washing. I think it was animated. The verbiage was in the form of a song with the refrain, “Wash your hands,” though I don’t remember much else about it except for the tune of that little refrain. YouTube has some similar PSAs probably from around that timeframe, but I didn’t find the one I was looking for.

White Castle had a kid's meal back in the 80's. One of the ads for the Castlemeal had Claymation masocts getting down in front of a castle. The drawbridge men were doing a kick ball change. The dragon was doing the monkey and the wizard was loosing his mind. One of the drawbridge dude accidently steps on the dragon's tail and the dragon sets the wizard on fire.

In 1997, Dunkin Donuts ran an ad for either the coffee coolatta or their regular iced coffee. This ad had the devil driving around, throwing fireballs at a car to short out the engine, a little girl's popsicle and I think there was one other thing that I can't recall. Finally, he tries to melt Fred The Baker's iced drink, but fails, then gets in a car crash. As a kid with a fear of fire, it terrified me. But now, as an adult, I want so badly to see this again lol

Arby’s commercial where some chunky guy in a proto-affliction shirt says that filling his SUV costs him a bundle, so he fills his stomach with Arby’s S-U-B’s, and ends the commercial asking the viewer to “bring a fiver down and take two for a test drive”.
Supreme dad ad.
